The Avengers Tower buzzed with its usual energy, but amid the chaos, a few quieter moments stood out. These moments often spoke louder than any mission or battle ever could.

Peter and Harley: Brothers in All But Blood

Peter found Harley in the workshop later that afternoon, tinkering with one of Tony’s older prototypes. Sparks flew as Harley adjusted a circuit, muttering to himself.

“Need a hand?” Peter asked, leaning against the doorway.

Harley glanced up, smirking. “Only if you’ve suddenly become an expert in quantum flux capacitors.”

Peter rolled his eyes, walking in and grabbing a stool. “I might not know as much about engineering as you do, but I can still help.”

Harley handed him a screwdriver. “Here, hold this. And don’t drop it. If it falls into the wrong spot, we’re both toast.”

As they worked together, the conversation flowed naturally.

“Do you ever think about how weird this all is?” Harley asked, his tone casual but curious.

Peter raised an eyebrow. “What do you mean?”

“You know—us. This family. Like, who would’ve thought we’d end up here? You’re Spider-Man, Tony Stark’s kid, and I’m… well, the genius sidekick who got adopted along the way.”

Peter chuckled. “I don’t think anyone planned it, but it works. Besides, you’re more than a sidekick, Harley. You’re family.”

Harley paused, his expression softening. “You really think so?”

Peter nodded. “Of course. You’re like the annoying older brother I never asked for.”

Harley laughed, lightly punching Peter’s shoulder. “And you’re the nerdy little brother I didn’t know I needed.”

They fell into a comfortable silence, the hum of the machinery filling the space.

Morgan and MJ: Sisters by Heart

Meanwhile, Morgan sat cross-legged on MJ’s bed, flipping through a bridal magazine. MJ lay beside her, her hands resting on her growing baby bump.

“So,” Morgan said, holding up a page with a sleek white gown. “Do you think this will work for me, or is it too basic?”

MJ tilted her head, studying the picture. “It’s elegant, but I think you need something with more flair. You’ve got that Stark confidence—you should show it off.”

Morgan grinned. “You think so?”

“Absolutely,” MJ said, propping herself up on her elbows. “You’ve got great taste, Morgan. And you’re going to make a stunning bride.”

Morgan’s smile faltered slightly. “You really think I’m ready for all this? The engagement, the wedding, being… you know, a grown-up?”

MJ reached over, taking Morgan’s hand. “No one’s ever really ready for these things. But you’ve got Harley, and you’ve got us. And trust me, you’re going to be amazing.”

Morgan sighed, leaning back against the pillows. “I guess you’re right. It’s just… a lot sometimes.”

MJ squeezed her hand. “It is. But you’re a Stark—and Starks don’t back down from anything.”

Morgan chuckled. “You sound like my dad.”

“Maybe,” MJ said with a wink. “But he’s right. And so am I.”
