Inside the Hydra Facility
The battle outside the Hydra facility raged on, the Avengers effortlessly dispatching Hydra agents as they moved deeper into the complex. Peter’s Spidey senses were on high alert, and every instinct screamed that they were walking into a trap.
“Keep moving,” Tony called over his shoulder, his voice sharp as he blasted another wave of agents away. “We need to find their main control room.”
Peter nodded, webbing up an agent trying to sneak up behind Steve. “On it.”
Natasha was already several steps ahead, moving with deadly grace through the hallways of the facility. She gestured for the others to follow, and they did, their footsteps echoing eerily in the silent hall.
Peter couldn’t shake the feeling that they were being watched. His heart raced as the team navigated deeper into the heart of the facility.

A Dangerous Discovery
They reached a large metal door at the end of the corridor. Tony quickly assessed the lock. “This is it,” he said, his voice filled with tension. “This is where they’re keeping something important.”
Before anyone could respond, the door slid open with a hiss, revealing a dimly lit room filled with high-tech equipment. The walls were lined with monitors, and in the center of the room stood a large, glass container, filled with liquid. Peter’s eyes narrowed as he tried to make out what was inside.
“What the hell is that?” he muttered.
Tony stepped forward, his gaze fixed on the tank. “That’s… no. That can’t be.”
Inside the tank was a figure—unmoving, suspended in the liquid. It looked human, but something about it didn’t seem right. It was too perfect, too artificial.
“What is this?” Natasha demanded, her voice tense as she joined Tony at the container.
Tony frowned. “It’s a prototype. Hydra’s been experimenting with some kind of enhanced soldier program. This one… this one looks like it’s based on me.”
Peter felt his stomach twist. “You don’t mean—”
“Yeah,” Tony muttered, “I think Hydra tried to clone me.”
Before they could investigate further, the facility suddenly went dark. The hum of machinery died down, replaced by an eerie silence.

The Real Enemy
“I don’t like this,” Steve said, his shield raised in front of him, ready for anything. “It’s too quiet.”
Just as he finished speaking, the doors to the control room slammed shut, locking the team inside. The lights flickered back on, and they were no longer alone.
A figure stepped out from the shadows, tall and menacing. His face was partially obscured by a dark mask, but there was no mistaking the aura of authority he exuded.
“Well, well,” the figure said, his voice smooth and dangerous. “It seems we have company. I was hoping to meet you all in person.”
Tony’s eyes narrowed. “Who the hell are you?”
The man chuckled darkly. “I’m the one who’s going to end this little superhero team of yours. I’m the one who’s going to take everything you’ve worked so hard to build.”
He stepped closer, revealing his face fully. It was a distorted version of Tony’s own face—an unsettling mirror image, the clone standing before them.
“You’ve been too busy dealing with Hydra’s foot soldiers,” the clone said, his smile cold. “But I am the future. I am the culmination of everything you’ve been running from.”
Peter’s jaw clenched. “You’re a clone.”
“Not just any clone,” the man replied with a smirk. “I am the perfect version of Tony Stark. The one you could never be.”
Before Tony could react, the clone raised his hand, and the room erupted with blinding light. A burst of energy shot out, hitting Steve square in the chest, sending him crashing into the wall.
“Pops!” Peter shouted, racing to his side.
“I’m fine,” Steve groaned, pushing himself up. “But that was a hell of a hit.”
Tony stood in front of the clone, his fists clenched. “You’ll regret this,” he growled.
“Oh, I don’t think so,” the clone replied, his voice oozing confidence. “You see, you’re nothing compared to me. I’ve been designed to be the ultimate version of you. Stronger, faster, and more capable. You’re just a broken man.”
Tony’s eyes flashed with anger. “You don’t know anything about me. You’re just a weapon.”
The clone’s smile widened. “Then you’ll be pleased to know that I’m here to destroy your entire legacy.”

A Fight for Survival
The room shook as the clone unleashed another blast of energy, this time aimed directly at Tony. But Peter was quick to react, shooting a web at Tony and pulling him out of the line of fire.
“We need to take him down,” Peter said, gritting his teeth. “Before he does more damage.”
“Agreed,” Tony said, his voice sharp as he readied his repulsors. “Everyone, get ready!”
The fight erupted in a frenzy of movement. Tony fired repulsor blasts at the clone, but he dodged them with ease, using his enhanced speed and strength. Steve and Natasha worked together, flanking the clone, but he countered every move with precision.
Peter swung through the room, landing blows with his webs, but the clone was just as fast, countering each attack.
“Is this all you’ve got?” the clone taunted, his voice echoing in the chaos.
Tony gritted his teeth. “No. This is just the beginning.”
With a sudden roar, the clone lunged at Tony, slamming him into the wall. Peter immediately sprang into action, webbing the clone’s arms and pulling him back.
“Stay away from my dad!” Peter shouted, his fury evident.
But the clone smirked, breaking free from the webbing with ease. “Your father is weak. He’s nothing compared to me.”

A Moment of Clarity
As the fight continued, Peter couldn’t help but feel a surge of power. His Spidey senses were on full alert, and everything seemed to slow down around him. He darted forward, using his webs to tie up the clone’s legs, and with a single punch, he sent the clone crashing to the ground.
The clone struggled to get up, but Peter was already on him, delivering blow after blow.
“Enough!” the clone yelled, his voice cracking.
Tony stood up, his face hardening as he watched Peter fight. “Peter, don’t kill him,” he said firmly.
Peter hesitated for a moment, his fist poised to strike, before he pulled back. He shot a web at the clone’s chest, pinning him to the ground. “You’re not worth it,” he spat.
The clone glared up at them. “This isn’t over. I will return.”
Tony walked over to the clone, looking down at him with disdain. “I don’t think so. You’ve lost. And when you get out of here, you’ll have nothing left.”
