Lindsey slept peacefully on the ground in a sleeping bag. Her family had never been very fond of the idea of her being a tornado hunter. She always had a love for science. Top of her class, her friends call her Sheldon (Haha, get it? Because you know, Sheldon from Big bang theory?), because of how smart she was.

The sound of the horn honking caused her to wake up with a start.

"C'mon Linds, get up!" She groaned when she felt her friend Kate unzip her sleeping bag.

"Kate!" She whined not appreciating the fact that she had woken her up.

"We have to go, Lindsey, wake up!" Lindsey sits up as she notices that the sky is starting to get darker.

"Oh shit." She quickly scrambled to her feet, grabbing her boots and slipping them on, not even bothering to tie the laces together as she gathered her sleeping bag.

Lindsey grabs her camera that was around her neck and takes a quick picture of the tornado that's forming.

Lindsey hopped into the truck with their other friends.

"The storms here, guys let's go!" Lindsey claps her hands together as she sees that everyone else was just getting up from their sleep.

Lindsey stood next to Kate as Jeb had the camera facing them.

"Do you have it on record?" Lindsey asked, pushing her hair out of her face.

Jeb turns the camera upsidedown to see if he had it on. "Yep, it's on." He said as he looked if the red light was on.

"Cool, Kate you go first." Lindsey said breathlessly as she was just as excited as her friend.

Lindsey and Jeb started to laugh, causing Kate to laugh. "Don't make me laugh guys." Kate shakes her arms as she tries not to laugh.

Lindsey makes a key towards the edge of her mouth, and zips her mouth as she has a small smirk on her lips.

"Today, our science team from the Tornado Tamer project is out in the field. About to chase a storm SouthWest frome here." Kate points South where the storm was.

"Our experiment is designed to decrease the moisture inside of a tornado to see if we can make it collapse." Lindsey spoke next as the camera was now focused on her.

"Tell the folks how you do that, girls." Jeb said on the otherside of the camera.

"Well, first, we got to find a tornado. To suck up our superabsorbant polymers, in these barrels." Lindsey points at the yellow barrels that Kate was talking about in the back of the trailer.

She faces Kate with a wide grin as she is excited for their little experiment.

"Diapers." Lindsey and Kate both turned to their other friend Addy.

"Tell them it's the same stuff they use in diapers." Lindsey covers her mouth as she stiffles her laugh.

"Yes, the diapers are non-toxic." Lindsey adds in. She looks up at her friend who was holding the camera on the otherside. "You got that?" She asks, Jeb holds up his thumb reassuring her.

The doppler doesn't show a storm until the afternoon." Praveen said as Lindsey was still hanging out by the barrels.

"The data doesn't see what Kate and Lindsey sees, Remember?" Addy said as she walked back up to the truck.

The wind was starting to pick up a bit. "Hey, if we didn't have Lindsey leave her last team she would have never found us." Lindsey gives a smile, quickly fading as she bites her lower lip.
