Constraints of Water and Clouds

One day, the little boy sat on a rusty jar, dreaming in his small world, which barely extended beyond the rippling water before him. The clouds above his head rained with a sorrow that resembled nothing but his heavy soul. He looked at his paper boat, gently swaying on the water's surface, and began to converse with himself.

"Why do I feel this weight on my chest?" he wondered in a soft voice. "Isn't my world supposed to be small and happy? But why do I find the clouds never leaving me?"

He paused for a moment, then an inner voice answered, one that resembled his own but sounded more mature: "Perhaps because you've made this jar your only home, and you're afraid to look beyond the grass that surrounds you. Haven't you asked yourself about other worlds? About the blue sky that stretches beyond the clouds?"

He lowered his head further, touching the water with his fingertips. "But this water comforts me, and these clouds know my sorrow. I don't want to leave them. Maybe there's peace in staying here."

The voice responded with wisdom: "But the water you live in is small; it cannot contain your dreams. And the clouds you see are just a part of the truth. You won't know warmth until you face the storms, and you won't see the rainbow unless you dare to step out."

He closed his eyes and imagined himself lifting the little paper boat and placing it in a vast sea, where waves would greet him and fill him with hope. But when he returned to his reality, he found himself still in the same jar, beneath the same clouds.

"But how do I begin?" he asked himself, his voice uncertain.

The inner voice replied: "The first step is to believe that the jar is not everything. Take your boat and go, even if the rain is falling on your head. The rain washes the soul, and the unknown broadens the horizon."

At that moment, the boy stood up, reached for the paper boat, looked at it with love, and picked it up. The clouds were still raining, but they no longer seemed as sorrowful as they once were. Instead, they whispered to him: "Go, for you are part of a sky greater than you can imagine."
