“Oh, sh*t.” Minseok said.

Yoon Jeonghan is now my classmate.

For f*ck's sake...

I wanted the ground to just open up and swallow me whole.

The students came in, but my eyes couldn’t help searching for him.

I found him. I need to get my life sorted. Why does he look so... handsome?

He looked good—too good, actually, really good. But that didn’t matter, not after everything.

I quickly wrote a note for Minseok, who was sitting right next to me.

“Jeonghan's my classmate. Kill me now, Minseok.”

She glanced at the note, raising her eyebrow.

“Are you serious? That Jeonghan? Your ex?”

I wrote something back.

“Yes. That Jeonghan.”

“Damn... good luck, girl. You’re gonna need it.”

Before I could respond, the bell rang, and everyone settled into their seats.

I avoided looking at him, but I could feel his presence.

It was suffocating. I tried to focus on the teacher, but i couldn't help it.

Jeonghan sat a few rows away, thank God he did. And of course, He's casually leaning back in his chair as if I'm not in here!

His eyes scanned the room.

And then stopped when they landed on me.

He smiled.

That same smile that used to make my heart flutter but now only made me want to disappear.

I turned back to my desk, clicking my pen over and over again.

Minseok nudged me. “He’s staring at you.”

“Don’t,” I muttered.

“You think he’s still into you?”

She whispered, a teasing grin on her face.

I shot her a glare.

She just shrugged.

The truth was, I didn’t know. And worse, I didn’t know if I even wanted him to be.

Cause I for sure want him back.
