AUTHOR'S POV

The next morning, the sunlight peeked through the curtains, and you stirred awake to the sound of someone humming in the kitchen. Slowly opening your eyes, you checked the clock. Taehyung was already up... which was rare because he usually liked to sleep in.

You lazily stretched and slipped out of bed, your feet touching the cold floor. The delicious smell of pancakes filled the air. You couldn't resist, so you quietly tiptoed toward the kitchen. As you entered, you saw Taehyung, busy flipping pancakes with complete focus. He hadn't noticed you yet, so you sneaked up behind him and wrapped your arms around his waist, resting your chin on his shoulder.

Yn - "Good morning, Chef Taehyung."

Taehyung - (smiling, not looking up) "Morning, babe. I wanted to surprise you with breakfast."

Yn - "You know, you don't have to do all this... but I love it when you do." (grinning)

Taehyung - (teasingly) "Well, what can I say? You're my queen. And queens deserve the best." (He turns to face you, placing a pancake on a plate) "And you deserve these pancakes too."

Yn - "Mmmm, these are so good, Taehyung!" (taking a bite, sighing dramatically) "I feel so spoiled."

Taehyung - (grinning, with a playful glint in his eyes) "Glad you like it. But I think I deserve something in return." (moving closer)

Yn - (teasing, raising an eyebrow) "Oh really? And what would that be?"

Taehyung - (fake pouting) "A kiss." (leaning in)

Yn - (playfully backing away) "A kiss for pancakes? Hmm... I think I need a better reason."

Taehyung - (whining) "Come on, babe, I'm not good at cooking, you know. This is a big deal. A kiss would be the perfect reward."

Yn - (laughing, giving in) "Okay, okay... but only because I love you."

Taehyung - (smirking and kissing your cheek) "That's more like it." (whispering) "You're the best."

You both laughed, the quiet moments between you filled with warmth and love. After finishing breakfast, you helped Taehyung clean up, but he couldn't resist pulling you into a playful dance. The two of you swirled around the kitchen, giggling like teenagers. You didn't even notice how much time passed until you heard Taehyung's eomma's voice from the doorway.

Eomma - (smiling) "You two are something else. Watching you is like seeing a love story in real life."

Yn - (giggling) "We're just having fun, eomma!"

Taehyung - (grinning) "See? Even eomma approves of our dance moves."

Eomma - (chuckling) "I can see that. But don't forget, love is in the little things—like taking care of each other when it's not as grand as dancing."

Taehyung - (nodding seriously) "Of course, eomma. We'll always take care of each other."

Yn - (smiling) "We promise."

After the breakfast cleanup, you and Taehyung decided to take a stroll outside. The weather was perfect, and the two of you walked hand-in-hand, enjoying the peace and quiet. You paused for a moment to sit on a bench, looking at the sky.

Taehyung - (softly, gazing at you) "You know, I love how simple life feels when I'm with you. Just walking, talking, laughing... everything is better with you."

Yn - (blushing, squeezing his hand) "I feel the same, Taehyung. You make everything feel special."

Taehyung - (teasing, nudging you) "Well, I try my best."

You both continued walking, talking about everything and nothing at all. The day felt like it was made just for the two of you. As you returned home, Taehyung's father was setting up for a BBQ.

Appa - (laughing as you both entered) "Taehyung! You're back! Help me with this, will you?"

Taehyung - (grinning) "Coming, appa!" (to you) "Let's go, princess. I think we're about to feast like royalty."

Yn - (laughing) "Only if you promise to feed me first."

Taehyung - (lifting your hand and kissing it) "Anything for you, my queen."

The evening was filled with laughter, food, and family. As you all sat down to eat, you realized how lucky you were to have Taehyung by your side. The little things—the teasing, the simple kisses, the inside jokes—made everything feel so perfect.

Taehyung - (whispering to you while looking at you across the table) "I love you."

Yn - (blushing, smiling softly) "I love you too."

And in that moment, surrounded by Taehyung's family, with the love and warmth in the air, you knew you had everything you'd ever need. This was just the beginning of your beautiful love story.
