PART 58: ENDING ???

Tara's pov

"Tara, Where were you???"- Maa questioned me

"Sorry Maa, I've found my college friend."

"And Dhruv??? Where he is???"

"Dhruv???"

"Yaaa he has gone to search you right???"

"I didn't found him"

"See, bhaiya came !!!"-Charu pointed out at Dhruv.

Dhruv glance fall at me but then he lower his gaze in seconds.
I could feel his dullness and sadness. But what's the cause???
He was good a few minutes ago but now....???
He stand besides me but I didn't questioned anything as I was also hurt by chachi's words.
He looked at me for a while and paused. I could sense his gaze but didn't dare to looked at him.

"Dhruv, where have u been???"-maa asked him.

"Maa.....I.... I was searching for Tara but when she didn't find. I came back"

Why he's lying??? If he has gone to find me. Then there's no chance of him to come back without me.
Something must happen, but what???

"Ohkkk now let's start the rituals"

"Are you okay???"-he whispered in my ears

I nodded !!!

"Sure???"

I nodded again !!!

How he always comes to know about my sadness???

He gently hold my hands. Maybe he wanted to comfort me but what's about his pain???
I know something must have happened, but what???

"Beta, come forward and take this thali and do aarti !!!"-panditji told us.

"I won't !!!"-Dhruv said in stern voice

"Dhruv don't do that. U r married now !!!"-maa told him

"What happened???"-I asked silently in Charu's ear

"Dhruv bhai don't believe in spirituality and god"

"Why???"

"Don't know bhabhi"

"I won't do Maa. I'm sorry !!!"-He repeated

I hold his hands and helped him grabbing the thali. He didn't protest or said anything in oppose. He was just silently looking at me.

"Tara, I....."

I tighten my grip on his hands with which he has hold thali.
I started aarti at which he didn't say anything.  He closed his eyes and I was continuously looking at him and smiling.

Seriously , he was doing all these for???

I was lostly looking at him then suddenly my glance fall at the man holding a gun pointing at Dhruv. He was far from us and setting his point at him. Before I could possess anything he pressed the trigger.
I couldn't understand anything and came in front of Dhruv and the gun shoot at my chest and then everything got blurred in my eyes.
I lost control and hold Dhruv's shirt.

Dhruv was doing Aarti with Tara when suddenly a gun shot reached his ear. He opened his eyes and felt like his world has collapsed as the gun shot at Tara's chest.
She lost control and grab his shirt tightly...
