In the mid-morning, many moons ago, a young man named Alexander was found in a small village called Farnworth. Alexander was a breathtakingly unusual young man who preferred books and artwork, over that of observing films or live plays. Alexander was considered quite a nuisance by everyone in the village. as a result of either stealing food or running away into the forest.

Alexander would constantly visit the forest to bring food from the market to a young lady he perceived as his closest acquaintance at the time.

“Here you are m’lady,” he routinely said to the young women with a sincerely playful tone.

The young lady would repeat, "Thank you, my good sir." They would set up a picnic with the food he’d bring when the playful greetings were exchanged between them. Red wine, buttered scones, grapes, and music— from an old musical box they found one lunar cycle ago —would be served during the picnic.

The two frequently laughed over the foolish jokes they would make about the others in the village, however they may seem extremely close, the fact is that the young man knew very little about this woman…. He knew nothing about the young woman's personal life besides her name; Lady Savitri Knox.
Lady Savitri Knox would leave her quarters at half past eight to get ready after her peaceful rest. She was to meet a young man three months older with the name Alexander Cade. First she would bathe with fresh lavender scents, then she would dress in her commoner clothes so the young man would not know she is the lady of the settlement. Her guards were not allowed to know of this so she would leave out the garden admiring all the flowers making sure to avoid the windows. Lady Savitri Knox would catch a ride with the soldiers leaving into the forest to go fight in the war going on with the neighboring kingdom,, the beautiful woman would jump off and run to the small cabin she had made her own. Then the boy would show up around the corner and call out his playful greeting.

Once the watch on his wrist would chime the lady would run off leaving him to clean up. Once he was down packing up he would put them in a small box hidden in the roots of the tallest tree.

The two would repeat this routine everyday until the woman would stop showing… and so would the boy.

“Are you here my love…. My Alexander?” Lady Savitri Knox yelled from the town of Farnworth’s very own town center. She shouted and shouted but still no answer.

Nothing.

“WAKE UP!!!!!” screamed Alexander’s neighbor “THE LADY OF THE SETTLEMENT IS HERE TO SEE YOU WAKE UP”

Alexander staggered to get out of bed saying quietly “yeah yeah yeah” he got up and went to the door.

“The lady of the settlement is here to see you boy” the man stated, with a disgusted tone.

Alexander rushed out of his room without even getting out of his night clothes rushing to the town center. Running as fast as possible he saw her…. “Lady Savitri Knox” he whispered quietly, finding his way through the townspeople half running and half walking.

“HERE YOU ARE M’LADY” he said as loud as he could well taking a bow

“Thank you my love”..... She seemed off… she seemed saddened and Alexander could tell.

“You've never called me that before, what's wrong?” Alexander said with concern in his voice.

“I am not meant for this world, my love. Please live on without me… Stay strong and healthy… find someone that's good for you…. I love you”

She was shot in the back of her head by her fathers guard with one of the new rifles meant for the war.

“M’lady…… I love you…… I'm sorry…. I'm so so sorry.” he said whispering well, sobbing his heart out, holding her body in his hands, hugging her as love and sadness filled his heart.

“How could you…. How Could You…. HOW COULD YOU!” he screamed “We were supposed to be in love and be together for as long as we lived. we could have grown old and lived happily together…. HOW COULD YOU! you are no father.”

A man named Alexander was found in a small village called Farnworth. Alexander was a sad man, A man who just lost the love of his life because her father didn't approve of the two's love…. Alexander was a man who preferred sitting down and taking a breath over anything. Alexander was a man who couldn't bear to deal with the heartbreak he went through. A man who felt the need to leave his home so he could heal.

In the mid-morning, not so many moons ago, a man who lived in Farnworth found and lost his true love.
