The ending credits scene starts up with Ryan speaking.

Ryan/Megatron (voiceover): Sentinel.... The betrayer... is dead. But his death has given life.. to a new enemy. A stronger enemy. A personal enemy.

We see a couple of Cybertronians branding themselves with the newly forged Decepticon insignia. While some humans who joined the cause are getting tattoos of it.

Ryan/Megatron: We will not be blinded by his deception! We are the ones who are-

Ryan is seen standing in front of his new army alongside his lover honey lemon wearing purple and black armor.

Megatron: DECEPTICONS!!!! RISE UP!!!

The scene erupted into chaos as Megatron's army, human and Cybertronian, roared their allegiance in powerful unison. They fired their newly acquired Cybertronian weapons into the air, creating a display of raw power and determination. Those who had embraced the Decepticon cause were on a mission, driven by the belief that they were the true bringers of order and justice. Their presence sent a shiver down the spines of those who dared to oppose them.

Starscream, Soundwave, and shockwave stare at the camera with Decepticon symbols burned onto their robotic body.

Ryan/Megatron is seen glaring at the camera as he holds honey lemon close to him. The final shot lingered for a moment as the old photo of Ryan and Honey Lemon with Y/N and the others reduced to ashes. The scene then transitioned to a close-up of Ryan's armored chest, now bearing the Decepticon emblem. The message was clear. The journey had taken its toll, and Ryan's transformation into Megatron was complete. He was now a powerful force to be reckoned with, driven by a burning desire for domination.
