One month later, Macy and Mckenzie packed up and moved in with Aaron at Zach and his mamaw Sandy's house in Morristown Tennessee. Macy knew that since she was leaving Nebraska that she would have to find a new OBGYN so she could make an appointment to get ultrasounds done and check on the fetus. Sandy offers to watch Mckenzie while the boys and Macy go out riding around and mudding in Aaron's 1987 k10 square body Chevy, Macy driving, Aaron riding in the middle with Zach in the passenger seat. Zach is very supportive of the relationship, even though he has to give Aaron crap about him dating a male in a female body because she choses being a country girl over a city girly girl. Two months later, February 21, 2024 Macy took Aaron to Nashville and proposed in front of the Grand Ole Opry after they went to a Luke Combs concert. They would often tease each other about who would cook and when it came to buying things for each other, Macy normally got her way with spending money on him. They have always talked about what they wanted to do, so they could be on their own in their own space. This really became a priority when they found out that they were expecting their first kid together. They always knew that they wanted kind of a big family so they would need the space, so they could eventually one day fill the house. Five months went by and Macy went into labor with their first kid together Senith Daniel was born May 10, 2025 weighing 4lb 6 oz. 45 cm or 17 inches. Via c-section as her blood pressure dropped super low. The circulatory system expands rapidly, which, together with hormonal changes, can cause blood pressure to drop. Through about 12 weeks and well into the third trimester, it is common to have low blood pressure. After you give birth, your blood pressure will typically return to pre-pregnancy level. Senith was a 34 week baby when they rather have the baby stay in for 40 weeks, so he was admitted to the Nicu which is neonatal intensive care unit A NICU is a hospital area with advanced technology and specialized staff to care for sick or premature babies who need intensive medical care. A baby might need to be in the NICU if they were born early, have a low birth weight, or have a health condition that requires special care. Babies in the NICU are often connected to monitors and tubes that check their breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, and temperature. They might also need to be on a breathing machine or wear a tube that provides extra oxygen. The length of a baby's stay depends on their health condition, but it can range from a few hours or days to weeks or months. Parents are usually welcome to visit their baby in the NICU 24 hours a day, but other visitors are usually limited. Hospitals may have rules about who can visit, such as requiring guests to be well and have all their immunizations. NICU staff can teach parents how to care for their baby and how to hold them skin-to-skin. They can also help parents start breastfeeding. Senith and Macy got released to go home to Aaron and Mckenzie, Macy knew it was going to be a big adjustment for Mckenzie to share the love and attention with her new baby brother. They all got settled in with a brand new member to their little family on one to know a family of two. One year later the love between Macy and Aaron became more strong and Aaron wanted to give Macy her dream that she had always had. Aaron knew they couldn't keep intruding Zach and his Mamaw Sandy's house so this was the perfect time to start a new chapter.
