{Y/N} had always been drawn to big cities—their electric energy, the thrumming pulse of life that never seemed to stop. She’d dreamed of visiting places like New York, London, and Tokyo. Now, with the unexpected gift—or curse—of being trapped in a strange world, she had one goal in mind: to see it for herself. Tokyo. The city of neon lights, towering skyscrapers, and bustling streets. It was everything she’d imagined, and more.

After acquiring her new clothes and just enough cash to get by for a while, {Y/N} had stashed her Catwoman suit into a small, cheap backpack she’d also picked up. The tight leather outfit, gloves, and cat mask weren’t exactly practical for blending in, but she knew they’d be useful when the time came to reclaim some kind of normalcy. Or, at least, her version of it.

The backpack carried more than just her suit, though. She had the essentials: a change of clothes in case her new look got too dirty or tattered, a few snacks to keep her going, and a bit more money she’d picked from the pockets of unsuspecting strangers. She didn’t like taking too much—just enough to survive, for now. After all, no one in this city seemed to have noticed her yet, and she intended to keep it that way for as long as possible.

The night had fallen as {Y/N} stood at the edge of the city, looking out at the twinkling lights. Tokyo was her next stop, and it was far from a quick journey. But speed was never an issue for her. Her abilities were far beyond the ordinary, and she knew exactly how to make her way through this unfamiliar terrain.

She glanced around, taking in the narrow alleyway behind her and the smooth, slick rooftops stretching out in front of her. It was time to move.

With a quick glance over her shoulder, she checked that everything was secure in her backpack before she slipped onto the first building’s rooftop after climbing the gutter pipe. The night air was cool against her skin as she crouched low, using the darkness to her advantage. Her heightened senses tuned in to every sound, every movement around her, and she found herself grinning in spite of the strange new world she found herself in.

With one powerful leap, she cleared the gap between buildings. Her landing was soft—silent—almost graceful as she immediately crouched into the shadows, scanning the next part of the city below her. Tokyo was still a ways off, but that only made the journey more exciting. The city was a playground, and she was going to make the most of it.

With the ease of someone who had done this countless times, {Y/N} leapt from building to building, her movements fluid and controlled. The wind rushing past her felt like freedom, and the skyline became her personal obstacle course. Every leap was like a challenge to herself, to prove that she was more than just a woman in the wrong place at the wrong time. She was stronger, faster, and capable of anything.

The buildings grew taller as she moved farther from the outskirts of the city, her heart racing with excitement. The streets were far below her, but she knew the city better than she knew her own name, already navigating the maze of rooftops with ease. She could feel the distance, the hours passing, but there was no fatigue in her body. Her enhanced stamina kept her going, urging her to reach the city center faster.

And when the first signs of Tokyo’s famed neon glow finally flickered into sight on the horizon, {Y/N} couldn’t help but smile. It was the moment she had been waiting for, the goal she had been chasing since she’d arrived in this strange, new world.

The journey itself was an exhilarating rush, but it wasn’t just the destination that mattered. No, for her, it was the thrill of movement—the endless expanse of rooftops, the sharp cracks of rain in the air, the hum of the city that seemed to whisper to her.

Her landing in Tokyo’s city center wasn’t as grand as it might’ve been. She slipped down the last building she had leapt from and landed gracefully in an alley, where she paused for a moment, letting the calm of the night surround her.
