At MIN Company, Jungkook was the CEO. He worked hard every day and had a great reputation. Jimin worked in marketing. He was friendly, funny, and everyone loved him. Their boss, Director Nam, liked Jimin a lot and often praised him.

after a long day at work, Jungkook and Jimin were in the kitchen making dinner together. The smell of stir-fry filled the air.

"Jimin, you're really good at cooking," Jungkook said, taking a bite. "No one makes stir-fry like you."

Jimin smiled and shook his head. "You're just saying that because you're hungry," he teased.

Jungkook gave him a pout. "No, really. You could be a chef."

"If I were a chef, I'd have to cook for more people than just you," Jimin said, glancing over with a smirk.

Jungkook rolled his eyes and grinned. "I'd still eat it all."

They laughed together, feeling happy and relaxed. As they sat down to eat, Jungkook thought about the year they had spent together. It was hard to believe their marriage had started as an arrangement. But now, they were in love.

"Jimin, do you remember when we first met?" Jungkook asked, looking at him.

Jimin smiled. "Of course I do. You were so nervous. It was cute."

Jungkook chuckled. "I was scared. But when I saw you, I knew."

Jimin raised an eyebrow. "Knew what?"

Jungkook's eyes softened. "I knew I would never let you go."

Jimin smiled, touched by his words. "I knew too. From the first moment, I felt something special about you."

They sat quietly for a moment, feeling connected.

But lately, Jungkook had noticed something strange. Jimin had been acting differently around Director Nam. At work events, Jimin seemed very close to him. He laughed at his jokes and seemed too friendly. Once, Jungkook even heard Jimin call him "baby."

Jungkook felt a knot in his stomach. He didn't like it. "Why does Jimin act so different around Director Nam?" he thought. He didn't want to feel jealous, but he couldn't stop thinking about it.

The next day, they went to a company dinner. Jungkook watched as Jimin laughed and talked with Director Nam, smiling in a way he hadn't before. When the dinner ended, Jimin hugged Director Nam, and the hug lasted longer than it should have.

Jungkook felt the jealousy rise inside him. As they drove home, he couldn’t hold it in anymore.

"Jimin, what's going on between you and Director Nam?" Jungkook asked, his voice tight. "Why do you act like that with him? You call him 'baby,' and it feels... wrong."

Jimin looked surprised. "What are you talking about?"

Jungkook's voice shook. "The way you laugh with him, the way you hug him. It’s like you're not mine anymore."

Jimin frowned, confused. "Jungkook, it's not like that. He's just my boss."

"I don't like it," Jungkook said, his voice rising. "I feel like you're pushing me aside."

Jimin stood up suddenly, looking hurt. "What do you mean? I love you, Jungkook. I'm not doing anything wrong."

Jungkook’s heart twisted. "But you're always with him. You act like you're so close to him, and I'm just here, watching."

The argument got worse. They said things they didn’t mean. That night, Jungkook stormed out of the apartment. He walked the streets, feeling lost and unsure if he had overreacted. "Did I make a mistake?" he wondered.

At home, Jimin sat on the couch, feeling heartbroken. "Why doesn't he trust me?" he thought. "I love him so much."

Days passed, and the silence 🤐 🙊 between them grew. Jungkook couldn't stop thinking about their fight. Jimin also felt the distance. He missed their good times together.

One evening, Jungkook came home to find dinner cooking. The smell reminded him

of when they used to cook together happily. He walked into the kitchen and saw Jimin, but Jimin didn't seem his usual self. He was sad, quiet.

"Jimin…" Jungkook said softly.

Jimin turned, looking surprised. "Hey," he said gently. "Dinner's almost ready."

Jungkook stepped forward, feeling guilty. "I'm sorry, Jimin. I shouldn't have let jealousy control me. I hurt you, and I'm sorry."

Jimin looked at him, still sad. "I didn't think you'd feel jealous. I didn't mean to make you feel like I didn't love you."

Jungkook reached for Jimin’s hands. "You are everything to me, Jimin. I was just afraid. Afraid someone else could make you feel... better."

Jimin shook his head, his voice soft. "There's no one else. I love you, Jungkook. Only you."

Jungkook pulled him into a hug, feeling the weight of his mistake. "I trust you. I just let my feelings get in the way. I'm sorry."

Jimin hugged him back, his voice quiet. "We both made mistakes. But we can fix this. We need to talk more, not keep our feelings inside."

Jungkook nodded. "I promise we'll work on it. I don't want to lose you."

They stood there for a while, just holding each other. Then Jungkook smiled. "Can we eat? I’m starving."

Jimin laughed softly. "Yeah, of course. You're always thinking about food first."

They sat down to eat, the tension between them melting away. Jimin's phone buzzed. "Oh, Jin hyung just sent me a message. He found me a new job at another school."

Jungkook frowned. "Wait, you're leaving MIN Company?"

"No," Jimin said quickly, taking Jungkook’s hand. "I'm not leaving you or the company. I just want a new challenge. But I promise, it's not to run away. It's for us. For our future."

Jungkook’s face softened. "I'm proud of you, Jimin. If that's what you want, then I support you."

Jimin smiled. "Thank you, Kook. I knew you'd understand."

They finished their dinner, and the quiet between them was comfortable. "We're not perfect," Jimin said, looking at Jungkook. "But as long as we keep talking, we'll be okay."

Jungkook smiled, his heart full. "Yeah, we'll be okay."

They hugged each other again, stronger than before. Their love wasn't perfect, but it was real. And they would face everything together.

"I love you, Jimin," Jungkook whispered.

"I love you too, Jungkook," Jimin replied, resting his head on Jungkook's chest. "And we never will."

They held each other, knowing they would face whatever came next, together... ✨❤️
