The Abkgorans decided to draw up their own flag between 8 to 9 years before the current events of the story. They developed a beautiful flag that has 25 white stars, one for each Congressman and woman that made the idea of an Abkgoran nation possible. The stripes for the blood of those that fought to keep them safe, and the Blue for the unwavering sky and hope for the future.

It is a beautiful flag, and those around the Galaxy watched as the flag was put together. Many cried because they never had seen a Democracy before... now, the ideas of the PEOPLE get to be displayed for ALL to see.
There were even songs written about the Patriotism the people felt there, as the Trillions of Abkgorans now had a theme to hum, and this PISSED Polaris off. Then came the Vanguard Crisis.
Vanguard was a facility on Polaris itself. Abkgorans forced to move there shouted for Independence, and waved the flag of their people out in front of the Capitol building. This caused many Polaris Oligarchs to attack the protestors. However, they refused to stoop as low as the Polaris people.
They held their flag high, and the entire Galaxy finally saw just how evil Polaris was. Their own people were now revolting with the Abkgorans, as they didn't see them as a threat anymore. They realized the biggest threat was their own government.
The Government arrested over 5,300 protestors... and put their total bond at §10 Trillion, thinking NOBODY would be dumb enough to pay for it. The Abkgorans themselves lead the Galaxy to amass almost §87.9 Trillion in just one day... the Polaris Government could not believe what they were seeing.
