Fact: This song is in the movie, "City of Angels".
This fits with Twilight and Thorn Princess' struggles of trying to convince themselves that their marriage and family isn't real, but deep inside they feel that it is. And they're not sure how either of them would react if they knew the secret life they have.
Can you imagine Loid and Yor running to find each other in the rain after Operation Sixth is complete and that they realize that they genuinely love each other and accept them for who they are. A spy and assassin. And this song was playing in the background?

After the song was over, the Forger's slipped away to talk to their hostess about a certain topic that they've been avoiding. How did she know about their secret life?
Shinshinjane "I just know."
Her sudden appearance startled them.
Shinshinjane "I know you have questions and want answers. But to gain them, both of you have to trust each other, work together, and help each other. Like a family."
And so, the Forgers admitted their secret life to each other. There were small cries and anger, but after hearing that it was all for the sake of peace, Loid and Yor accepted each other as well as accepting Anya as their daughter and Bond as their family dog. While making a vow to find any leads on those involved with Project Apple to be taking out.
Hopefully their bosses will be willing to accept a truce between their agencies.
As the family returns to the theater, their hostess announces of another video of the band having their concert in the rain.
