Chapter One

The alarm clock went off in Jeffrey and his father's hotel room. It was four in the morning and Jeffrey woke up after the alarm went off. After Jeffrey opened his eyes, he looked at the clock and he noticed the time on the clock. Jeffrey sighed and he turned off the alarm clock.

     After Jeffrey moaned a little, he squeezed his eyes shut as he leaned on his back in his bed after rolling to the side of his hotel bed to turn off the alarm clock, he sighed. Jeffrey then got up from his bed and he walked to the bathroom. Gus Case, Jeffrey's father has woken up as well and he rubbed his eyes with his hands. After Jeffrey took a shower, he grabbed the towel from the toilet next to him and he wrapped his towel around his waist.

    After wrapping the towel around his waist, he slides the shower curtain to the side. Jeffrey stepped out of the shower and he walked up to the hotel bathroom sink and he grabs his raisor and his shaving cream and he puts on his shaving cream on his chin and he then runs water on his raisor and he starts shaving his chin and the side of his cheeks.

     Jeffrey and Gus had to be at the airport to fly a plane to Spain. They will be traveling together to Spain. It is Jeffrey's first day as a pilot and his father has been flying airplanes since he was Jeffrey's age. After Jeffrey and his father had taken a shower, shaved their chins and cheeks and as well as drying their hair, combing their hair, brushing their teeth and putting on deodorant and getting dressed as they had to put on their pilot uniform. The clothes that pilots including Jeffrey and Gus wear are called pilot uniforms, and they include a shirt, pants, shoulder epaulets, a blazer, a tie, and sometimes a cap. Nonetheless, the aviation sector is gradually moving away from pilot caps. The uniform is typically the same for female pilots; it is simply tailored to the female's body type. They began to pack their travelpro luggage and they began to leave their hotel room.

     Jeffrey was really exhausted and nervous about his first day of work as a professional pilot. After stepping out of their hotel room, Jeffrey followed his father to the hotel elevator before they walked into their elevator as it was already open. After Jeffrey pushes a button, the elevator doors close.

     After reached the hotel lobby, Jeffrey and Gus both walked out of the elevator and then walked into the hotel lobby as they were pulling their luggage with their hands. Jeffrey and Gus walked up to the front desk and the hotel manager wished them a good morning.

      "Good morning," says Gus, as he sighed.

     "I'm checking out," says Gus once again.

     "Okay," says the hotel manager.

       After exiting the hotel, Jeffrey and Gus got into a shuttle as the shuttle driver was waiting for other travelers to enter the shuttle before taking them to the airport. After the shuttle bus had been packed up with travelers, Jeffrey took a deep breath and exhaled his breath.

       "Are you okay?" says Gus.

       "Yeah. I'm just nervous," says Jeffrey.

       Jeffrey took another deep breath and he exhaled his breath. Gus nods his head. "Okay," answered Gus.

      As soon as the driver had driven away from the hotel, they were on the road and headed to the airport. It was pitch black outside and Jeffrey was feeling his heart beating really fast.

      "I know you're scared and you're nervous, but son, you are gonna be just fine," says Gus, looking at Jeffrey.

     As soon as Jeffrey and Gus had arrived at the airport, they got out of the shuttle and they walked behind the bus and the driver took out the people's luggage and Jeffrey and Gus's luggage and handed them over to them.

     As soon as Jeffrey and his father walked into the airport, they walked to the airport security. After heading to the airport security, they continued walking around the airport. Then they head to gate 5 of the airport for a flight to Spain, where boarding starts at five in the morning.

      The flight is to depart from the airport at six in the morning. Jeffrey and Gus walked past a woman who is a check in counter staff working at the airport who takes boarding passes and run them through a barcode or QR code printed on the pass, which can be scanned at the gate to confirm the identity and flight details, is the essential component of a digital system within an airline's computer reservation system, where all passenger information is stored.
  
     Jeffrey and Gus didn't need to check in before they boarded the plane. As soon as they walked in the plane, Jeffrey and Gus were to prepare their flight after they walked into the front of the plane where they will be driving the plane in the plane's cockpit.

      They sat in their seats, after entering the cockpit. After getting on the plane, Jeffrey and Gus's job mainly conduct pre-flight checks on their aircraft, which include examining the aircraft's condition, confirming fuel levels, and assessing the weather.

      As soon as the passengers had boarded the plane, Jeffrey spoke with air traffic control to obtain permission to take off. "Jeff, you're gonna be okay. I promise. You have been practicing for a long time, I know you're ready. Just take some deep breaths and breathe," says Gus, as he looks at Jeffrey. Jeffrey closes his eyes and takes deep breaths in between breaths. Jeffrey opened his eyes. He continued to focus on his breathing.
