Ryo's older brother. The oldest out of four siblings. He's got quite a temper and works as a barista at the cafe that he owns. He used to be an artist but that was a tale as old as time. As his wedding day with his fiancé approaches, not only does it seem to stresses him out. But problems within his own family starts to resurface as it only builds onto the anger and frustrations that he's been holding onto.

The second eldest and the older twin. Yujin doesn't like talking much. She's always been the quietest sibling. Always seeming to keep all her worries and issues to herself as she refuses to speak out. So she buries her head in studying and hopes that all the academic stress could distract her from all the worries that she held.

The younger twin and as well as the middle child. She's a lot more out going and friendlier than Yujin. She relies a lot on her twin, but since her sister is not one to talk about her feelings and is a lot more judgmental. She sometimes feels afraid to reach out to her. Yifan hides a secret from Yujin and the rest of her siblings. Afraid that if any of them knew, they'd get mad at her. Especially her older brother, Renjun.
Lonely. That's how Ryo feels at home. That's how he feels as the youngest child. Lonely and alone. Being the youngest child could be a blessing and a curse. He sometimes gets sad because none of his older siblings are willing to spend time with him. His parents busy at work. His brother busy running his own business, and his two twin sisters busy with university. Who would be there for him when he needed company?
When Ryo was scouted as a Cupid. He thought that it was sign that god had listened and granted his wishes. He was grateful that he got an advisor who he views as more of an older brother figure to him. Even though Soren doesn't like his quality time being disturbed, whenever ryo felt lonely and would crash at his office to talk about his worries and asks him to play with him. He'd never refuse and lets Ryo do whatever he wants. Listening attentively to him, plays with him, and even as far as to help him with his homework whenever he was confused. Soren was the older sibling that he'd always wanted.
Maybe if you wished upon a Cupid. You'd get exactly what you want. And in this case, Ryo had wished for an older sibling who'd always be there for him.

I'd first like to inform that throughout this book, Ryo's family will be calling him 'Juyi' because that's what they call him in Renjun's book. Juyi is actually an OC of mine that I've made since 2020. He's Renjun's younger brother. I'd never imagine that 4 years later there'd be another member of nct that looks like Renjun 😭
Also if you don't plan on reading this book in order, then pls I'd suggest you read Renjun's book first; entranced and enchanted to understand the lore behind this family. Also you'd see a lot of Hugo in this book bec he plays a huge role tehee. He appeared a lot in Renjun's second book and he made a quick cameo in Sakuya's book bec I wanted to tease him 😁
