Remember the days when the sky felt wide,
When you laughed so hard, you had to hide?
When puddles were oceans, and clouds were sheep,
And dreams came alive in the heart of your sleep? The world was a canvas, bright and new,
Painted with wonder in every hue.
You chased the wind, you danced with the rain,
And found a rainbow in every pain.Do you recall the kids' wild cheer,
Doing silly things with friends so near?
Sneaking a laugh when the teacher's away,
Or making up games just to pass the day?The sun on your face, the wind through your hair,
The mountains you climbed with a spirit so rare.
Sticky fingers from sweet, stolen bites,
Ice cream that melted on warm summer nights.By evening, the field became your throne,
Running and shouting, the world all your own.
Your energy spent, yet your heart was light,
As the stars whispered dreams to the velvet night. And oh, that Friday—the brightest of all,
Freedom awaited, a weekend's call.
No alarms, just dreams as soft as the breeze,
Waking to mornings of laughter and ease. The world then was vibrant, simple, and kind,
A treasure chest tucked in the folds of your mind.
Carry it now, let it brighten your days,
A pocketful of sunshine to guide your way.
