Mi Familia: Ride or Die!

(NEWS)

(In Portugal today, we just received news about the disaster that took place here just a week ago. A body was recovered from a burned car just off the entrance of the dam. It is said that a plane carrying fugitives Roman, Tej, Han, and Ramsey was blown up. And the bodies of Dom Toretto and his son Brian Toretto have just to be recovered.)

Mia: (gasp) Oh my god! BRIAN!!!!

(She hears him come down the stairs as she falls to the floor.)

Brian: MIA?

Mia: Brian, oh god they....everyone is dead.

Brian: What?

Mia: (sobbing) The news...

(Brian looks at the TV and sees the images of his friends and family. He holds his wife tighter against him as she clings to him.)

Brian: We are going to figure out what's going on ok?

Mia: This can't be true. They can't be gone, Brian, I'm not going to be ok if they are gone.

Brian: (kiss her head) You know Dom, he always has a trick up his sleeve.

Mia: We need to get in touch with Mr. Nobody. If anyone would know what's going on, he would.

(As the news rolls, he helps her up off the floor and goes on with their normal day for the kid's sake. After they had some alone time, they tried to get in touch with anyone who knew something. As the hours passed, they were finally able to get in touch with Tess.)

Tess: Hello Mia, and Brian.

Mia: (wipes her eyes) Tess what is going on? We just saw the news is it true?

Tess: Well from the news it seems that they think everyone is dead or missing.

Mia: What do you mean by thinks?

Brian: Tess is everyone ok? What about Letty?

Tess: Well we are on our way to Costa Roca to meet up with Cipher and Letty. I have Roman, Tej, Ramsey, and Han with me.

Mia: Ok good! What about Dom, Jakob, and Little B?

(She gets quiet and it doesn't sit well with them.)

Brian: Tess what the hell happened?

Tess: Jakob didn't make it. He sacrificed himself to save Dom's son.

Mia: Ok, so Dom and Little B is ok but maybe they are hiding somewhere.

Tess: (makes a face) I'm not so sure about that.

Mia: (becomes upset) What do you mean?

Tess: After Aimes blew up the plane Roman and them were in, Dante blew up the dam when he saw that Dom and Little B made it down the dam, No one has been able to locate them since it happened yesterday. There is no way they could have survived that, I'm sorry.

Mia: (almost faint) Oh god!

Brian: Does Letty know?

Tess: No, Roman wants to be the one to tell her.

Mia: (starts pacing) This is going to kill her.

Tess: I'm so sorry.

Brian: Send us the location, and we will meet you in Costa Rica.

Tess: Got it, and again I'm so sorry.

Brian: We do not know anything yet, so see you in two days.

(He cuts the line and breathes through his nose to calm down.)

Mia: (hyperventilating) What if we don't find them, Brian? God imagine how scared they were. And Jakob, we just got him back and now he's gone.

Brian: They are out there and we will find them.

Mia: We need to call Abuelita to come watch the kids.

(For the next day they made plans to get Aburlita there to keep the kids and to fill her in on what was happening. Once everything was set, they packed some things and headed out, but stayed on the radar.)

(In Costa Rica Letty, Gisele and Cilher have finally arrived and are getting situated at Gisele's place.)

Letty: How the hell did you find this place?

Gisele: I lucked up on it when an old couple happened to be moving back home with their daughter.

Letty: It's beautiful.

Cipher: Mmm, no time to get lost here, we have work to do. I'm going to set up downstairs and wait for everyone else to get here.

Gisele: Great, I'm going to go let Mimi know I'm back and kiss me babies.

Letty: I need a shower, can you show me where it is?

Cipher: I wasn't going to say anything.

Letty: (mug here) Eat me!

Cipher: You're so not my type sweetheart.

Gisele: You can follow me.

Letty: Gladly.

(As they leave, Cipher heads downstairs to the basement turns the light on, and moans.)

Cipher: My his I have missed you.

(She looks around at all the computers and weapons before she moves to turn on a switch and everything lights up.)

(Back upstairs Gisele shows Letty the bathroom before she moves to her room.)

Gisele: Hey I have some extra clothes in my clothes in a box that belonged to my sister. You both are about the same size, help yourself.

Letty: (looks around) Thanks.

Gisele: No problem.

Letty: Umm so what happened to your sister?

Gisele: She died four years ago from cancer.

Letty: Sorry!

Gisele: No its ok, it's better now to talk about her than it was when she passed. This was her room when she was here, if you want you can sleep here.

Letty: (smirk) Yeah, um thanks again.

Gisele: You're welcome! Take all the time you need.

(She leaves Letty there as she makes her way to the house two houses down to collect her kids.)

(Letty heads to the closet to see what she could find to wear. She's exhausted, and in pain from her fight with Cipher, and she's missing Dom and Little B like crazy. After she finds what she needs, she heads into the bathroom and starts her shower. The hot water runs over her bruised and battered body as she slides her hands over her body. She closes her eyes as she reminisces about two weeks ago, that special moment she shared with her husband.)

(After her shower she felt a little better and she was hungry for some real food. She heads back to the living area and sees two small kids playing with their toys. She spots Gisele in the kitchen cutting up some vegetables to make dinner. Not wanting to intrude, she sees a back patio and heads out there. She finds a chair and sits down as the weight of everything falls from her shoulders as she looks up at the sky.)
