"are you my date?"

shit, here it goes.
jisung thought to himself, before finally looking up.
and he had to admit, in front of him stood the most beautiful guy he has ever seen.

his facial features were sort of cat-ish, unreadable expression on his face, and his perfectly cut brown hair just added to his cat like aesthetic. his suit fit him perfectly, like it was maid for him.
which, let's be real, it probably was.

all jisung could do was nod.

minho sat down, offering his hand to jisung.
"I'm lee minho."

"han junho."
jisung said, shaking minho's hand.
"pleasure to meet you."

"likewise."
minho said, getting more comfortable in his seat.
"so, you're the heir of han group, right?"

"yes."
no, I'm not.

"are you excited to take over?"

shouldn't this guy be talking about himself?
"who wouldn't be?"

"well, sometimes the heirs don't really want to follow in their parents footsteps, you know what I mean?"

"I was practically born just to take over the company, so it's not like I have a choice here."
jisung sarcastically chuckled.
being rude should make him uninterested.

"well, that's something we have in common."
minho said.

the waitress suddenly came.

"hello, I'll be your server today. can we start with the drinks?"
a girl in her twenties said with a small polite smile.

"do you prefer red or white wine?"
minho asked, looking at jisung.
"or perhaps rose wine?"

"red should be the job."
jisung answered.

"we will have the best red wine you have here."
minho said to the waitress.

"I'll bring it soon."
the waitress said, giving the menus to the two boys, before walking away.

jisung was looking at the menu.
when I have to suffer here, I might as well make the most of it and order some delicious food.
he thought to himself.

silence fell on top of them as they were choosing their meal.

"so, did you choose something?"
minho asked.

"the steak sounds really good."
jisung answered, before looking at minho.
"what about you?"

"I really like how the burger sounds like, but I think that ordering something that always makes mess when you eat it on a first date isn't exactly appropriate."
minho said, still looking at the menu.

"I'm the last person to judge based on how you eat. if you want the burger, order the burger, it doesn't matter if you will devour it like a beast."
jisung chuckled.

"well, then I also chose."
minho said, closing the menu, a small smile appearing on his face.

this was the first time he smiled today.
jisung thought to himself.

the waitress came back, carrying two wine glasses, together with the bottle, and also a bucket filled with ice.
she put the bucket down in the middle of the table, before opening the bottle and pouring some of the wine into the glasses.
"so, have you chose what you will be having?"
she asked, taking out a notepad.

"I'll have the American style burger with fries."
minho said.

"and I'll have the steak. medium rare please."
jisung said, giving the waitress a small smile.
