As the first light of dawn gently bathed the garden, Maan gently planted the new saplings that he got from Aakanksha's nursery. His heart soared with joy. His child loved him, that was a blessing in itself. He wanted to get his wife and child to their home, give Akanksha the respect she deserved. The only thing holding him back was Lucifer. He could never let the man find out about Arnav. He could not let his son become a pawn in a game of power. As a father he was determined to keep the boy safe.

If he had his way he would keep his family locked away, but that was not an option. Arjun, Karan and Andy were all deeply involved. His family was already in the limelight. The only ones he could protect were his wife and child. Before his heart could become heavy with regret, a pair of arms wrapped around him. Maan could not hold back the smile. The boy never failed to soothe him.

"Uth gaya jitney jaldi? (You woke up so soon?)"

Abhi turned around and settled down beside Maan. He set up an alarm to make sure he was not late. He did not wish to miss meeting his Bhaiya.

"Did you meet him?" Abhi jumped straight to the point. They all knew that Maan was going to meet Aru. He wanted to know how the meeting went.

"And?" Abhi gently nudged him when he did not get a direct answer.
