Jun pulled Amber aside. "Did you have anything to do with that?" She asked the younger woman.
Amber sighed. "Yes. I... I just wanted to be alone in the back deck, also because I was concerned for Jin."
"What happened exactly?" Jun prodded.
"I was hanging around the back deck and he thought I was a burglar and ambushed me," Amber caved. "He heard something saw me standing on the deck from the bathroom window, apparently, so he came out and attacked me thinking I was someone out to get us."
"And then?" Jun was interested now.
Amber frowned. "So you're not even concerned for me being ambushed?"
Jun gave her arm a light slap that stung for a moment. "Why would I? You deserved that."
"Ouch," Amber scowled, rubbing her arm.
"What happened after?" Jun prodded on.
Amber groaned, dropping her arm. "Why do you have to ask?"
"Because I need to know what you've been doing so late at night that cost you sleep," Jun frowned. "You look like you had zero sleep."
"Yeah, you're right," Amber admitted dolefully. "I couldn't sleep at all."
"Tell me what happened after the ambush?" Jun sighed, shaking her head.
Amber shrugged. "Well, he brought me inside and then asked me why I still didn't trust him. There were a lot of reasons."
"And what were those reasons?"
"I didn't specify any, I literally said that there were a lot of reasons."
"Oh," Jun nodded. "And then."
Amber frowned. "He ambushed me once again by telling me that I'm like a daughter to him, since I kinda have his genes and all, before leaving the scene. That's what kept me up all night."
To her surprise, Jun smirked. The smile evolved into hearty laughter, much to Amber's dismay. The younger woman scowled at her reaction and turned to leave, but Jun caught hold of her arm.
"Wait, wait, don't go," Jun chuckled. "He told you that?"
Amber nodded slowly. "Why would I lie about something like that."
Jun started laughing again. "Oh gosh, and that's why you couldn't sleep? Oh, Amber."
"What am I supposed to do? I don't wanna associate myself with him, especially not as a family member."
"I should tell Kazuya about this," Jun grinned and left.
Amber shook her head and watched as she excitedly left to spread this piece of embarrassing information. Amber returned to her room and decided to sit with Xiaoyu instead.

Jun was dismayed when Kazuya wasn't as excited at the information as she had thought.
"I don't see anything funny in it," Kazuya blandly said. "Maybe it's the truth, but I don't like considering it that way."
Jun nudged him. "Come on."
Kazuya sighed. "Jun, you're more excited about this than I am. Sure, I can accept this Heihachi as a friend, but I don't think I can consider him as a father, especially because I've had bad experiences with someone that called themselves that. Lee too."
"Oh yeah, confused inner child," Jun nodded slowly, rubbing his arm. "I forgot. But Kazuya, he was never a father to you. Maybe this guy is closer to a father than Old Fart?"
"Jun, he's younger than me, he's younger than Lars," Kazuya sighed. "Does that sound right?"
"Nope." Jun couldn't help but say. "But I like what happened with Amber last night."
"You like how she didn't get any sleep?" Kazuya gave her a strange look.
Jun groaned. "No, not that. I like how he finally had that talk with her. You know how she throws up at the sight of her, right?"
Kazuya smirked. "She throws up at the sight of him? I don't blame her."
Jin exited his room, looking mortified as he joined them. "I just heard something terrible going on in the bathroom and I'm afraid that none of us would like the outcome."
"What's going on?" Jun immediately turned concerned.
"Something horrifying," Jin spared no further detail.
"Is he planning something sinister?" Kazuya clenched his fist.
Jin shook his head. "I think it's sinister, but not the kind that you think."
Jun relaxed. "What's he doing?"
"You'll see," Jin gulped.

Everyone were shocked when Heihachi walked out of the room, his moustache gone.
"The horror!" Kazuya gasped.
"What, you don't like it?" Heihachi smirked.
Jin shook his head. "Yep, I tried to tell him that it's a horrible idea, but he did it anyway."
"I wanted to get a haircut too, but I was scared that I would ruin it," Heihachi casually said. "But what do you think? I think I look great with a clean shave."
Kazuya scowled. "A toad looks better than you."
"Well, you don't have any facial hair either," Heihachi piped up.
"Yeah, but at least I look good without any," Kazuya countered. "Also, this is unsightly."
Xiaoyu and Amber exited their rooms and nearly jumped out of their skins when they saw Heihachi's new look.
"Oh, my gosh, what have you done?!" Amber gasped.
To their dismay, she started running to the nearest bathroom, Xiaoyu at her heels.
"Yep, this is bad," Jun sighed. "Heihachi, why did you even do this?"
"I tried to tell him, but nope," Jin piped up. "Why?!"
Heihachi shrugged. "Why not?"
"Dude, you just made that girl barf like that, and you told her that she's like your daughter too," Kazuya pointed a hand at where Amber ran off to. "This is a bad idea. Does anyone have a black marker? Paint? Ink?"
Jin raised his hand. "I heard Shasha brought a fountain pen, maybe she has ink? Want me to go ask?"
"Please do," Kazuya groaned.
Jin nodded and got up to go over to the chalet next door, but his mother caught his arm and shook her head. "No, you're doing nothing of the sort," Jun said. She turned to Heihachi and sighed. "You look great, but it will take some time for us to get use to this. But please don't shave it off again."
Heihachi frowned, but nodded. "Alright." He turned to the bathroom that Amber and Xiaoyu were in. "Should I check on them?"
Jun sighed and went over to take a look. To her surprise, the two women were at the sink, with Amber vigorously rinsing her eyes.
"What are you guys doing?" Jun asked, her amusing tone getting everyone's attention.
Amber continued washing her eyes. "Washing... my eyes. They burn. Arghhh!"
Jun sighed and pulled her out. "Oh, quit overreacting. You're acting as if you got an acid burn!"
"It sure feels like one," Amber scowled, wiping her face. "I need to go to the pharmacy, need some eyedrops and probably some eye cream too."
Heihachi frowned. "Fine, I get it. I look horrible. I'll wear a mask."
Amber shook her head, frowning. "I have eye irritation, this doesn't have anything to do with... that." She gestured towards her mouth area.
Xiaoyu nodded. "Yeah, she's been complaining about dry eyes for a few days."
"Yeah, and it worsened today because of the lack of sleep," Amber sighed. She turned to Heihachi, her eyes a little red. "Not everything is about you."
"Oh," Heihachi was surprised. "Okay, then."
Jin came up and blatantly took a picture of Heihachi, with the flash and all. "Just a memento."
"More like memento," Kazuya smirked. "Ah, let's just go for breakfast. I'm sure we're all hungry."
Jun nodded, her lips pursed in surprise. It was funny how Kazuya wasn't even as disturbed as she would have thought.
