(Isabelle's POV)

I walk into the World meeting room my messy bangs pulled back with a red head band and my moderately covering, modest, tightly tied, pale blue corset strapped around my mid section along with a long sleeved black covering attached to the top. The long black shirt flutters around my ankles as the breeze drifts through the room.

My short, disheveled, but pretty, hair flutters also in the wind. I take my place next to my favorite Italy twin, Romano, I was 5 minutes late and it didn't help that there were no seats left except next to Russia, he always gives me an uneasy feeling, next to England and that scream child that is America, or next to China always hoping to sell you things.

I liked Lovino, me and him were close as children. He was quieter than his slightly younger brother Feli. He was also more knowledgable and more put together than his brother. Lovi was calmer all around.  He cringes as 5 year old Alfred throws a fit about something ridiculous.

"Shush that little bastard up," He grumbles at the very confused, very undereducated care taker, England. "I can't get him to bloody stop you git!" Arthur shouts. Matthew sits next to the boosting Francis, my older brother. I glance between Matty, and Alfred, the quiet, angelic, good compared to the screaming, spoiled, little devil. Some times I wonder how they are twins. Getting fed up with the little countrie's tantrum, I walk over to Arthur and  take Alfred in my arms  and bounce him on my hip as I walk from the room.

"Don't worry Iggy, I'll take him so you can focus." Alfred slowly stops crying and snuggles against me. "Thanks love." Arthur says. As fussy Alfie starts  to stirr I sit out side the room and listen to the Countries bicker.

I look down at the toodler and sigh. "Can I vent to you little one," he looks up at me innocently, "I have a crush on Romano, hes so smart and quit." I sigh and little American slipped from my arms and he bolted down the hall.  "WAIT, DON'T RUN! COME BACK HERE!" I jump to my feet and race after Alfred, thinking to myself, 'God, Canada is never this much trouble.'
