Hi!

So, how is everyone doing after that first part?

I originally planned to upload the second part tomorrow, but I just couldn't leave you all hanging after that cliffhanger!

WARNING: This chapter picks up right where the last one left off, and it's just as heavy and emotional. If you're not in the mood for intense chapters, feel free to revisit the earlier parts of the story before diving in.

But if you're ready for the ride, I hope you enjoy what's next!

Happy reading, everyone! ✨

"God damn it," Paul cursed under his breath, the words heavy and sharp in the tense air. "No pulse."

The room seemed to hold its breath. The boys froze, their eyes wide with disbelief, their hearts pounding with the deafening silence that followed. It felt as though the world had collapsed in on them, every moment stretching into eternity. Liam's eyes darted from Paul's face to Y/N's and back again, but the words didn't register, his mind unable to process the reality of the situation. His breath came in shallow, ragged bursts, his chest constricting, and his hands trembling as the weight of the moment crushed him from all sides.

"She... she can't be...!" Louis's voice cracked, a fragile edge of panic overtaking him. His legs wobbled beneath him, nearly giving out as his knees buckled under the weight of disbelief. "No, no, no—"

"Y/N!" Liam screamed, his voice raw, torn, and breaking with a gut-wrenching sorrow. It was a sound born from the deepest fear, echoing the terror that ripped through him, that felt like it was tearing him apart. "Wake up, love, please. Don't leave us."

The air around them seemed to thicken, like the very atmosphere had solidified into something heavy and suffocating. Time seemed to slow as each second dragged on unnaturally.

Zayn's face was ghostly pale, his fists clenched at his sides, his entire body trembling with the weight of his helplessness. His voice came out strained, barely above a whisper, a trembling hope clinging to his words. "We're not losing her. We can't lose her," he rasped, though the words felt hollow, like a prayer to a higher power that refused to answer.

His eyes were wide, fixed on Y/N, searching for any sign, any glimmer that she might come back to them.

Paul's face hardened, his jaw clenched with a determination that was sharp enough to cut through the panic that filled the room. His usual calm, collected demeanor was gone, replaced by an unshakable focus, the kind that came with knowing time was slipping away. His eyes burned with a fierce urgency, a look that spoke of a man with no time to waste and no room for hesitation.

Without a word, he moved toward Y/N, his presence like a storm as he pushed the boys back with a forceful hand. His voice was sharp, filled with command and a growing desperation. "Out of the way, now!" he barked, his eyes flashing with concern for them, but there was no time to indulge their fears. His focus was entirely on Y/N.

"Move! We don't have time for this."

The boys hesitated, for just a moment, frozen in place by the gravity of the situation. Then, seeing the fierceness in Paul's gaze, they stepped back, their faces pale with fear, unsure if they could help in any way. They were helpless to do anything but watch as Paul took control, his authority unquestioned at that moment.

Every second felt like an eternity. The weight of the silence pressed in on them, the air thick and suffocating. Liam stood, his body frozen, unable to tear his eyes away from Y/N's still form, his mind struggling to make sense of the reality before him.
