Yerin was looking around, scanning to find the girl that had her wallet. She brushed passed some customers, saying excuse me or sorry until she got to the corner of the shop she sat.
She saw the lady that had her wallet sitting on the table, scrolling through her phone. What caught her attention was that there was two latte's on the table along with her wallet.
Yerin locked her eyes with the older lady, and was met with a warm smile and was signalled to come sit down. She pulled out a chair before sitting down.
"It was your lucky day, usually when someone loses their wallet here they also lose some cash." Seulgi slid Yerin's wallet to her to which she placed into her back pocket. She didn't want to check if she actually had lost some cash in there as it would seem a bit disrespectful.
"Thank you so much, I really thought I'd had to renew all my ids." Yerin stated, hands on her lap as her feet nervously bounced up and down.
She wasn't one to make conversation with someone especially id she did not know them at all, but the lady in front of her seemed so kind.
"Also, I got you a latte, I didn't know what type of coffee you drink and you looked like a latte girl." To be fair she was right, coffee wasn't her favourite drink which might be weird as she works in a place that sells it everyday, but she did like lattes.
"Thank you." She said quietly, sipping her drink and relaxing as it made her feel so warm.
"Tell me about yourself." Seulgi sat up straight, a welcome smile adorned on her face as she waited for Yerin to speak.
"Uhm, I work at a cafe." Yerin really didn't have anything fun in her life, except for being associated with an idol but that era was long gone as she isn't speaking to him anymore.
"Thats it?" Seulgi enquired, she though a young girl like her would have a really fun life that she wished she had.
"Yeah, I don't really have a fun life." She shifted in her seat, kind of embarrassed at how boring her life was.
"You must have a hobby though?"Seulgi took a sip of her drink, interested at how different she was compared to the young adult life she'd seen online.
"I guess I used to dance before, It was like my favourite thing to do back then."
Seulgi's eyes lit up at the word dance. She loved dancing and you could tell from the stages she does so she was already planning in her head that she would get her back into dancing.
"Really? I love dancing too, why'd you stop though?"
Yerin was thinking about this question. Why did she stop? She used to dance a lot back then and she entered a lot of competitions, but why did she stop?
Maybe it was because she was forced to mature that she just left dancing in her childhood. Or maybe it was because all the work she had, she couldn't make time for the thing she loved doing before.
"I think it was because I didn't have time for it anymore." She stated, that question really put her into her thoughts.
Seulgi pulled out a card from her pocket and wrote something ontop of it before sliding it onto the table. " I don't really have much time right now cause I have to leave, but if you're interested in picking up dance again call me, bye." She got up and waved to her before exiting the shop.
Yerin couldn't process this, everything went so fast she was in the middle of a conversation with her and now she just left her with an offer and a card on the table.
She pocketed the card on the table and took her latte, the whole drive back to her apartment was so loud as he thoughts filled up the whole car.
Should she take the offer and be the dancer she always wanted to be or was she too mature for that? Her thoughts was broken when she received a text from a groupchat she thought would never be awoken again.

Yerin out her phone back into her pocket, her heart ached with guilt seeing his name pop up in the conversation. She had her reasons as to why she quit contact with him in her eyes it was right but in her heart it was wrong.
She quickly left the groupchat before she could see their whole conversation. She wished that she would've met them at a life time and maybe they're friendship would work out.
But for now, she's going to hide behind the fact that she doesn't want to ruin his image even though theres a deeper reason as to why she did all of this.
