Yaro and Yuki came through the light portal from Bluebell and flew through the cold air. They both landed on a roof top, the night sky cast down around them. Bluebell flew down besides them.
I looked over at Bluebell.
"Are you sure this is the place?" I asked him.
Bluebell stared at the tunnel next to the building with unblinking eyes.
"Yes, I'm sure of it." His voice wavered as he said that.
"Alright let's get going then." Yuki said tapping my shoulder.
She stood up and walked over to the ledge, she leaned over looking out.
The wind picked up as she peaked over, it blew her hair around."Brrr, it's so cold it feels like it could start snowing." Yuki said holding her arms and shaking.
I stood up and walked over next to her.
"You sure? This early in the year?" I asked her.
"Yeah, it's almost November anyways." Yuki said looking at me.
I shrugged. Bluebell flew over next to us.
"Alright, are you guys ready? Once you're in there, there's no telling what will happen. I can't come in and save you." Bluebell told us.
Yuki nodded.
"Got it." I said as I flung my arms down, the claws came out.
"Good luck... I'll be waiting for you guys to come back out, then I'll pick you up for a quick get away." Bluebell said as he flew away to hide.
I looked over at Yuki.
"I'll hide in the shadows behind you. Once you turn the power off I'll go and find Akari. You go and find Kaede." I told her.
"Okay... Stay safe." Yuki nodded to me.
I looked down at the shadows at my feet, then I cloaked my entire body in darkness and disappeared.
"Wow, I didn't know you could do that?!" Yuki exclaimed.
"Just get going already, I'll follow you." My voice called out from below.
"Yes sir." Yuki joked and saluted. "Ghost of the mountain!" Yuki shouted out.
She held her arms out and looked at them. The patterns on her outfit slowly started changing colors, it blended in to the cement below us. But then ice started to creep across her body. The ice crystals reflected the light around it and started to turn her body invisible.
"Oh wow!" Yuki said shocked.
Then her whole body was gone. A couple of seconds of silence went by.
"Wait, how are you going to follow me if I'm invisible Yaro?" Yuko's voice called out.
I sighed. "I can follow you're, scent don't worry."
Yuki laughed. "Oh okay, makes sense, since I don't have a shadow anymore."
"Come on let's go." I said as I flew across the ground and down the building through the shadows.
Yaro disappeared.
Yuki ran down the side of the building, her padded paw shoes didn't make any noise as she moved.
Wow this is so cool!
I made it to the tunnel and went inside. I quickly ran through. The grungy brick walls suddenly changed as I ran through and turned to a bright pristine white tile. I made it to a door, it had a lock on it. I held my hand up and froze it, then I broke the lock off. I opened the door and quickly went through. There was endless hallways that all turned off into different directions.
