As Fiorella stood there, trying to process the intense exchange with Alexander, she felt a shiver run down her spine.

She slowly stepped into her bedroom, her heart still racing from the encounter.

She closed the door behind her and leaned against it, trying to catch her breath. What had just happened?

One minute they were discussing the princess aka her, and the next, Alexander was inches from her face, his eyes burning with intensity.

Fiorella's cheeks still felt warm as she thought about the way Alexander's eyes had seemed to see right through her.

She pushed off from the door and began to prepare for bed, her mind still reeling from the encounter.

As she slipped into bed, Fiorella couldn't shake the feeling that Alexander had seen something in her that she hadn't intended to reveal.

And she couldn't help but wonder what would happen next.

As Fiorella lay in bed, her mind wandered back to the intense conversation she had with Alexander.

she couldn't shake off the feeling that he had seen right through her, that he knew she was hiding something.

And then, her thoughts turned to her parents, Queen Aurelia and King Fendrick.

She wondered what they would think if they knew Alexander suspected her true identity.

Would they be angry with her for not being more careful? Or would they be proud of her for keeping her secret safe for so long?

Fiorella's thoughts swirled with questions and worries as she drifted off to sleep, her mind still reeling from the events of the evening.

As the morning sunlight streamed through the windows, Fiorella and Alexander woke up at the same time. They both stretched and yawned, unaware of the other's presence. That was, until they both opened their doors at the same time.

Fiorella's eyes widened as she collided with Alexander in the hallway. Her hands instinctively went to his chest to steady herself, and Alexander's hands wrapped around her waist to hold her upright.

For a moment, they just stared at each other, their faces inches apart. Fiorella's heart was racing, and she could feel Alexander's warm breath on her skin. It was as if time had stopped, and all that existed was the two of them, suspended in this moment.

Their lips were almost touching, and Fiorella could feel the tension building between them. It was as if they were both waiting for the other to make the first move.

But just as it seemed like they were about to kiss, Cole's voice echoed down the hallway. "Good morning, everyone! Breakfast is ready!"

Fiorella and Alexander sprang apart, their faces flushing with embarrassment. They exchanged a sheepish glance before Fiorella hurried back into her room to collect herself.

Alexander watched her go, a mixture of disappointment and frustration on his face. He took a deep breath and headed towards the dining hall, wondering what might have happened if Cole hadn't interrupted them.

As Fiorella entered the dining hall, she couldn't help but feel a little flustered. She had almost kissed Alexander in the hallway, and the memory of his warm breath on her skin still lingered.

She took a seat next to Cole, trying to compose herself. Alexander sat down across from her, his eyes locking onto hers for a brief moment. Fiorella felt a flutter in her chest as she quickly looked away, trying to focus on the breakfast spread before her.
