Laughter, chatting and music filled the big hall. People were dancing and drinking.

I felt really uncomfortable and tried staying in the background. I just watched the dancing pairs and sipped now and then on my drink.

It was Jungkooks eighteenth birthday and his family arranged a huge party, with all clans present.

Just as I was about to slip out of the room, my bestfriend Mi-cha pushed trough the crowd. "Ugh, Soobin can't dance, you know?", she groaned and plopped next to me on a free chair. I couldn't help but chuckle. Mi-cha and my brother Soobin were mates, and they couldn't be various. Mi-cha on the one hand was completly extroverted, bubbly and energetic, Soobin on the other hand was quiet, shy and veeeery unromantic.

Suddenly a wave of dizziness and weakness hitted me. I lightly tapped Mi-cha on the shoulder and signaled her, to go outside with me. She immidiatley understood and led my on a balcony.

"Shit Seol, you're really getting me worried sick. If I find this stupid mate of yours I'm gonna kick him in the ass! You suffer just beause he can't show of!", she gritted her teeth.

"Calm down Mi-cha, I'm fine.", I tried to assure he, but she stayed stubborn. "Nothing is fine, Seol! Who knows, maybe you'll die tomorrow! We need to search harder. Can't be so difficult to find this asshole.", she mumbled the last two sentences and I think she was talking to herself more than to me.

It was far past midnight as my parents finally decided to leave the place.

"Seol! Come! And don't trip on your dress!", my mom warned me, as I hurried to them. I was about to reach the coach as a new tickling feeling flooted trough my body, like a fire that spreads on dry grass. I suddendly felt the urge to follow the strange feeling.

And I realised that I was about to find my mate.
