Richie and Agatha sat by the fireplace, Agatha holding their almost newborn daughter, in which they had named Samantha. "I still can't believe this is reality. It started that day in school, now we're married and have our first child.", Samantha said, happily. Richie nodded in agreement. " It's hard to believe, dear.", he chuckled. It really was an emotional Christmas for them, now that they had their new favourite thing to take cafe of.
The doorbell rang, echoing through the building. Richie went to answer it, since Agatha, was stuck breastfeeding little ol' Samantha. They were expecting guests, as it was Christmas, after all. As soon as Richie took a hand on the door handle and opened it, he was greeted by all of their friends and family. As they all went on in, Agatha's eyes filled with tears of pure happiness.
She never had that many over for Christmas before, so this was special for her. She gently put Samantha into her baby bunk, that stood organized in the middle of the parents' chairs. Agatha was greeted by her own sister, Wendie, who gave her a kind smile. "Agatha! It's so good to finally see you again.", she said.
They all gathered around the tree, carefully setting their brought presents down. A couple of guests settled down into the couch, giving Agatha and Richie genuine, and friendly smiles. It was honestly everything that Agatha could hope for. This sweet moment, was interrupted by Samantha cooing hungrily. Agatha gently picked her up, cupping her in her arms. " You hungry, baby?", she smiled.
Samantha cooed and squirmed slightly in Agatha's arms. Agatha assumed that Samantha was hungry, so she started breastfeeding her. Samantha glurped quietly, Agatha gently patting her head. Richie playfully ruffled Agatha's hair. "She has the hunger from you.", he said.
Agatha playfully squirmed away. "Hey, quit it!", she giggled. "You're lucky I love you, or you'd be in trouble, right now." Richie teasingly scoffed, not buying what his wife just said. "Yeah, right. Not buying it, honey.", he laughed. Agatha playfully stuck her tounge out at him, clearly being pouty. "Shut up!", she whined.
They all continued grabbing and opening their presents, the cozy atmosphere making Agatha feel butterflies inside. She took a glance at her husband, who was sipping a coffee, while watching the family unwrap, and open presents. Richie glanced back, Agatha giving him a smile.
