I got home and started cleaning immediately. I didn't deep clean or anything, just organizing where everything needed to be.

I then called Jaemin so he could come over. I told him my apartment number as well. He came in just 10 minutes.

I opened the door and welcomed him in with a warm smile. "Your place is so cozy." He said as he took off his shoes.

"Aw thanks! I try to make it home-y." I responded as he followed me to the living room.

"So what's up?" I asked.

"Okay, there's this thing we're doing. It's a fan choice performance. And they chose the song Runaway by Bruno Mars. And our choreographer is taking auditions for a female role so I was wondering if you were interested." He explained.

I stared at him, "I'm not really good at dancing." I say.

"Have you danced before?" I nodded.

"I did ballet for 5 years." His jaw dropped.

"Seriously?! I would have never guessed!" He exclaimed.

"Yeah, but then I broke my ankle and decided to not continue."

"Oh shit, are you okay?" He asked in genuine concern.

"Yeah, yeah, it was 2 years ago." I say.

"Okay, so you just need some practice." He gets up and holds out his hand.

I laughed, "why do you want me to do this thing so bad?" I asked as I took his hand and stood up.

"I don't want to dance with a woman that's not you." That sentence made me melt. I could feel my cheeks burn.
"I'm not good with ballet so how do you practice?" He asked as he put his hands on his hips.

"Hover your hands around my waist. If I touch you that means I'm not straight." I say as I guided his hands where they needed to be.

"I'm gonna try and not hit you because this isn't gonna be so good." I looked back at him.

"I'm sure you'll do fine."

I exhaled before I started spinning. I was able to do 5 spins before I stumbled.

"You did so well, what do you mean?!" He asked as he went over to help me up.

"No! I'm so bad now! I used to be able to do over 10." I shook my head.

"Do a routine to get used to it, but make sure you stretch first." He suggested before he sat on the couch behind him.

I sighed before I started stretching my legs in the splits and reaching over with my arms. I got back up and did a routine warmup I used to do everyday.

Once I finished, I looked at Jaemin to see him smiling brightly. "Seoyeon, that was so good. You could get this part."

"Yeah for ballet, but it's probably a hip-hop type dance mixed in you know?" He nodded.

"I haven't learned the dance yet since we don't have a woman but I don't think you'll be dancing for the whole song."

"Yeah probably not, when's this audition?" I asked.

"Tomorrow." I was shocked but he was so calm about it?!

"Tomorrow?! I can't practice for an hour and expect it to be good!" I was panicking now.

"Don't worry, it's not until 2 PM so you have time."

"Where is it anyway?" I asked as I sat next to him.

"The SM building. You should walk in and there will be signs for where to go."

"Ah, okay... I guess I'll see how it goes." I leaned my back on the couch while Jaemin put his arm around my shoulders.

"I'm sure you'll get in. Don't think about it too much." I nodded.

"If I do get in, does that mean I get to meet all the other members?!" I questioned, excited.

"Yeah of course, you could meet them whenever you want. All you have to do is text me."

"That's so awesome! You're seriously the best Jaemin. Oh! And your note was so sweet and heartfelt! You don't have to be sorry for anything, I was so mean to you." I lifted myself up so I could face him.

"No, you were mad at me for a reason. I shouldn't have lied to you."

"Let's forget about it, huh?" I smiled as I held up my pinkie finger. He locked his pinkie with mine and nodded.

"You have a cute smile." He complimented me.

"God stop complimenting me!" I slapped his thigh since I was flustered.

Time had passed by, Jaemin went home and I was laying in bed thinking about the audition yesterday.
I decided I would call Diya tomorrow and have her opinion.

Jaemin POV

I was rushing home because it was already 12, I knew I would be in trouble.

I opened the door, slipped off my shoes and went past the living room but got stopped by Mark, once again.

"Jaemin, it's 12 o'clock. You know you can't be out past 11." His eyes were glaring at me.

"I know, i'm sorr-"

"Sorry's not gonna cut it, where have you been?"

"I went to visit a friend and got caught in traffic on my way back."

"Friend or girlfriend?" He asked, crossing his arms. Did he know about Seoyeon?

"What are you talking about? A friend." I say.

"Chenle told me about yesterday." My jaw dropped. Of course Chenle spilled the beans to Mark. I wouldn't be surprised if he did the same to Renjun.

"Fine, but she's not my girlfriend." I say before I leave to go to Chenle's room.
Luckily, Haechan was staying at the 127 dorm so he was alone in his room.

I opened the door to see Chenle sitting on his bed, scrolling on his phone. "You told Mark?" I asked him sternly.

I shut the door behind me and stared down at him. "Listen, Mark asked where I went yesterday. So I told him I went to the store but then you came almost minutes after me so he got suspicious and asked me what actually happened."

"What is he? A detective?? God.. Don't tell anyone else. Seriously Chenle." I say before I go back to my room.

Jeno was already sleeping which shocked me because he usually stays up longer.

I changed into comfortable clothing before heading to bed. I thought about Seoyeon, praying that she'll pass the audition. I had no desire to dance with anyone other than her.
