Meg snickers as she applied her deodorant. 'Yea o - m - g' Lily screeched as she puckered her lips to apply her apple cherry what ever chap stick.
Any regular teenage girl with a bazillion hormones would have been excited. But I wasn't. I, Marisa Brynn Jones, was an awkward weirdo who didn't really care about boys or rather ANYTHING that wasn't a book.
'Uhm I guess so??' I answered. Meg and Lily gave me the 'seriously?' look and carried on admiring themselves in the mirror and applying about 800 coats of lip gloss and perfume . OH COME ON ITS BADMINTON PRACTICE NOT AMERICAS NEXT TOP MODEL! But since they were about my only 2 friends I just kept silent and waited for them to finish up.
