Wings (Ghost)

Hawks flew over the wooded area. He was told there was a sighting of a woman with wings like his. They were f/c and big. He wanted to meet this woman to see if she could do the same thing too. Others have tried to speak with her, but she would just fly away. Maybe he would have better luck.

That winged woman is you. You had grown up in the woods. It was a nice little cabin right in the middle. Your parents were those live off the land kind of people. You didn't interact with others because you were too shy.

You live alone now. Your parents left saying they wanted to live somewhere warm. But you decided to stay. You liked your little cabin.

You were out flying around to find some food when you saw red wings heading your way. You turned and flew back to your cabin. You didn't know who or what that was, but you were too scared to find out.

Not long after, there was a knock on your door. Shakily, you answer. There stood a handsome blonde man. You noticed the red wings you saw before were attached to him.

He smiled, "Hello. I'm Keigo Takami also known as the pro-hero Hawks. You can just call me Keigo or your future boyfriend. Who might you be pretty bird?"

You flush red, "My n-n-name is L/N F/N. Just call me F/N."

His smile grew, "May I come in? I would like to talk with a fellow winged person."

You step aside and let him into your home. He was looking around as he walked to the couch and plopped himself down. You aren't too knowledgeable on social standards with staying away from people, but you know for sure that was rude. He's supposed to wait until you invite him to sit. At least that's what is in your books.

Yes, your books. You read a lot. It's your favorite past time. Well, that and flying around. Both make you extremely happy.

You sit in a chair across from him and remained silent. You were going to let him speak first.

He leans forward, "So baby bird, tell me why you are out here all alone?"

You were still bright red. Will you ever go back to a normal color? He's so flirty.

You compose yourself, "I inherited this cabin from my parents. Why are you here?"

"I told you. I wanted to get to know a fellow winged person. Can you do anything but fly with your wings? I can have my feathers detach and do things for me."

You hesitate. You don't know him. But he is giving you information about his quirk, and he is a pro-hero. You decide to share.

You finally answer, "I can only fly. I'm nothing special."

He laughs, "Nothing special? You can fly. That's amazing. We can fly together."

You look at him, "You want to fly with me?"

"Of course. What kind of future boyfriend would I be if I didn't?"

You shake your head, "Don't joke about that. It's not funny."

He tilts his head in confusion, "Joke about what?"

"Being my future boyfriend. You did it twice now."

He smirks, "But I'm not joking. I knew from the moment I saw you in the air that you and I will be together. It's not just the wings either."

"Then what?"

"Don't you believe in love at first sight baby bird?"

You frown, "That's only in the books."

"Not true. So, what do you say? Shall we go for a flight together?"

You thought about it. Why not? If anything, you could make a friend with someone who is like you. Plus, this is the most human interaction you had in six months and you crave it. It was different living with your parents. You could talk to them. You do like your solitude and books, but talking with someone was nice too.

You nod and stand up. Keigo hops up in excitement. He grabs your hand and drags you outside.

You had a great time flying with him. When you were done, he got your number and promised to visit again.

Which he kept his promise. He visited almost every day. If he couldn't, he would call. He was a clingy person. At first, you thought he was too much. But as time went by, he grew on you. After a few months you agreed to be his girlfriend. He even coaxed you to go into the city for dates.

He treated you like a queen so you never regretted agreeing to be his. You two got married a couple of years later and he moved in with you. You have never been happier.
