(It was two days later when Letty finally started to suspect that something more was wrong with her. She has been either nauseous, dizzy, or puking her guts out. She was just reading through a magazine when she came across periods and babies.)

Letty: Oh my god.

(Letty let her mind go back to that special time she and Dom shared before this mess. She can't remember when was the last time she had her period. The symptoms were now making perfect sense as to why she was always tired, puking up her guts, and feeling bad. She was so deep in thought she didn't notice the small movement from the bed.)

Little B: Mama?

(Letty snaps out of it when she hears a sweet voice she hasn't heard in a long time. She looks up and is met by a pair of brown eyes and smiles.)

Letty: Hey Bubba.

Little B: (looks confused) Where am I?

Letty: You're in the hospital. We are on the Canary Islands.

Little B: Where is Dad?

Letty: We will talk about that later. Right now I'm just happy that you're awake.

What do you remember?

Little B: Uncle Jakob's car blew up and then Dad and I were at the bottom of the dam. It all goes fuzzy after that and then black. I think I hit my head on something after I heard Dad call me name.

Letty: It's ok we will figure out what happened. How are you feeling now?

Little B: My head is a little sore, but I feel fine.

Letty: That's good baby. Can I hold you?

Little B: Uh huh!

(Letty gets up and sits on the bed next to him and takes him into her arms. She buries he face in his hair and inhales as she takes in his scent. They stay that way until his doctor comes and checks on him. An hour later Mia and her family come and he catches up with his cousins.)

Mia: He seems better.

Letty: Yeah, the doctor said he will be able to come home tomorrow.

Mia: That's good.

Letty: He asked about his dad.

Mia: Have you told him?

Letty: How do I tell him his father is gone?

Mia: (looks sad) I don't know but he needs to know before Friday.

Letty: (sigh) This is so hard.

Mia: We are all here.

Letty: We were supposed to grow old together Mia. How am I going to go on without my husband? How will you go on without your brothers?

(Mia just gives her a teary-eyed look before she turns back to the kids. Letty wipes her eyes and smiles seeing how happy he is in this moment.)

(It's Friday morning and everyone is still asleep, except for Letty. She had just finished hugging the toilet for the second time since five that morning. She sits back and tries to calm her breathing as she eyes the test in front of her. When she finally gets up enough strength to move she grabs the two tests and holds them to her chest.)

Letty: Ok, don't be a punk bitch Letty.

(She slowly looks down and stares at the results and before she knows it she's crying. She holds them tight to her chest as she replays all the moments they spent trying and getting nowhere. After sitting there for she doesn't know how long, she gets up and goes into the bedroom. She places them in her top drawer before she climbs back in bed and holds the cross close to her chest. Silent tears finally break free and she doesn't know if it's tears of joy or sadness. After a few minutes, she's exhausted from all the crying and falls to sleep.)

(The time went on as they all got ready to say their last goodbyes to Dom and Jakob. Letty and Little B were huddled together as the pastor said his words. Mia was next to her holding her hand as Brian held her. It was a quiet, and sad day for The Toretto's. After the service was over everyone went back to the house to celebrate their lives. Letty thanked everyone for coming but she needed to be alone.)

Abuelita: Hey sweetie.

Letty: Hey can you keep an eye on Little B for me? I just need to be alone for a while.

Abuelita: Of course take your time.

Letty: Thank you.

(She goes to find Little B and finds him by the window.)

Little B: I can feel him.

Letty: (kisses his head) I know Bubba so can I.

Little B: Why did he have to take my dad?

Letty: Because he's an evil person, baby. I'm so sorry you lost your father and mother.

Little B: I didn't know much about her.

Letty: Maybe Isabel can tell you more about her.

Little B: I know she's not here but I still have you. You raised me, kept me warm, gave me hugs and you love me mami.

Letty: (cups his face) I love you so much Bri.

(She pulls him into her and hugs him tight.)

Little B: Where are you going?

Letty: I'm just going out for a minute. I promise to be back before your bedtime.

Little B: Ok, can I go up to your room?

Letty: Sure, but tell Tia Mia or Abuelita.

Little B: Ok.

(He gives her his best smile before he goes to tell Mia he is going upstairs. Letty smiled before she headed towards the door ignoring everyone's stares. She gets into her car and pulls out doing 50 mph before she hits the highway. First things first, she goes to her appointment she made days ago to confirm the pregnancy.)

Dr. Gale: Leticia Toretto?

Letty: (stands up) That would be me.

Dr. Gale: Follow me, dear.

Letty: Ok.

(Letty eyes all the women there and their bellies. She is taken into a room and is asked to sit on the bed.)

Dr. Gale: So what brings you in?

Letty: I've been feeling weird, and nauseous, and I took a pregnancy test a few days ago which came back positive.

Dr. Gale: This your first?

Letty: Pregnancy test no, but positive one yes.

Dr. Gale: Ok I'm going to do a blood test to confirm the positive test and then I would like to do a vaginal ultrasound.

Letty: (makes a face) Why vaginal?

Dr. Gale: If you're under 6 weeks, a virginal ultrasound gives a better image.

Letty: Oh.

Dr. Gale: So I will have a nurse come in and do the blood work and we will go from there.

Letty: Ok!

(The doctor pats her hand to let her know that she doesn't have to be nervous. She leaves to check on a patient while the nurse comes in and draws some blood. After she was done and the results came back she was told to undress from the waist down. Now she's sitting there all of a sudden, cold, scared, and wishing that Dom was there more than ever.)
