She's dating him!

She's really dating him! She's his now.

"Taetae, can you please slow down!" Rose shouted. I couldn't, I couldn't stop; I couldn't control the rage that I was feeling inside. I know I lost Jennie through my own fault, but I couldn't do anything.

Jungkook is my best friend, my family. And the fact that he loved her first made it more complicated. He found her first, he loved her first, and she loved him too. If she hadn't thought I was Jungkook, she wouldn't have loved me.

She loves me because I am Jungkook to her.

"Tae, you are scaring me, please drive slowly!" I finally slowed down, gripping the wheel tightly. "I'm sorry, Rose."

"What's wrong with you? You are not acting like yourself since we got out of the mall," she said, looking at me.

"Nothing, it's nothing. Just stressed over work," I said, looking straight at the road. I heard her chuckle humorlessly. "You think I'm stupid to believe this bullshit?"

She paused. "Is that because of Jennie?"

I tensed but did not say anything. I kept looking at the road and tried to concentrate on driving.

"Yeah, it is. I knew it." She cleared her throat. "Um, what's going on between you two? I know it's not my business, but maybe I could help?"

I shook my head. "Just shutting your mouth is a great help, thanks," I said rudely. I could feel her eyes on me.

"Rude! I was trying to help, you ungrateful brat," she said, crossing her arms and bouncing in the seat childishly.

I shook my head. Rose is a really good friend; she can be so loud sometimes, but she means no harm. She is really sweet.

"So, to where?" I asked directly. I'm so exhausted; I just want to lie on my bed.

"Uh, wait one second," she pulled her phone out, typed, and after a few moments, a notification dinged.

She smiled brighter. "Drop me near the bus station." I raised an eyebrow. "A bus station? At this hour?" I asked.

"Yup, I'm gonna meet someone. Just drop me there."

"With whom?" I pressed.

"With someone."

"Someone who?" I pressed further.

"Someone special?" She said it more like a question. I hummed. "Someone special?"

"Yep."

"Who is it?" I tried again, earning a loud groan from her. "None of your business," she said. I chuckled. "Okay, I will see for myself," I replied.

After some time arguing and chatting with her, we finally arrived. "Won't you stay at your father's?" I asked.

"Nah, not today," she said, buckling her seatbelt.

"Ah, okay."

"Are you going back home or to the hotel?"

"Home, I'm so tired," I sighed. She nodded, smiling. "Okay then, goodnight." She was about to get out, but I grabbed her wrist, making her give me a confused look.

"Do you really think I would let a lady like you sit on the bus station bench at this hour? Alone?" I asked in disbelief.

She smiled. "You are so sweet, but don't worry. You look exhausted. Go home and rest; I can protect myself."
