Sasha's POV

After getting off the phone with Cody, I looked out the window when I heard someone pulling up in my drive way. I looked out and saw it was Ricky's car. "Ugh. Why does he insist making my life miserable?" I huffed to myself, making my way towards my door. I slowly walked down the stairs and stopped at my front door. I took a deep breath before opening it.

"Ricky, I don't want to hear-" I started but he interrupted me. "Con's home." was all he said. I nodded and silently walked with him to his car. I got in and buckled up as he started the car and pulled off. The ride was mostly silent until he spoke up.

"I'm sorry. I know you don't want to hear it, but I'm sorry. I hate this. I'm tired of fighting with you, and Kian, and myself for that matter. I'm done. I can see that you don't want me, and ever though it hurts, I'm just going to have to accept that. I'm leaving for a few weeks, just to get away from everything."

"You mean from me?" I intervened. "Yes, but not only you. I just need to get away from here. It doesn't feel right with me fighting everyone, and if I don't leave it's just going to be awkward wherever I go. I'll come back.. eventually, and when I do, we can be friends again. Just friends.." He said, the last sentence coming out in a hushed sigh.

I sat there, thinking. What if he just moves off and never comes back? Why did this have to happen? Why did it have to be like this?

I got so lost in my negative thoughts that I didn't notice when Ricky was pulling into the yard. It took him saying , "Hey, we're here." for me to shake my mind awake.

I quietly got out of the car and walked up to the house. I walked in and, sure enough, Connor was sitting in his wheel chair, turned the opposite way. He was rolling towards the kitchen to, I guess, get something to eat. He heard the door open though, and turned around.

"Hey.." I waved, smiling a little. "Hey." He said back, his smile much wider and true than mine. He rolled over to me and grabbed my hand and used his other to steer his way to the kitchen. He was very skilled at this for someone who had never been in a wheel chair before.

He motioned for me to sit down next to him, and I did, as he picked up the sandwich that was already made for him, and took a bite out of it.

"Are you okay?" He said, looking at me seriously. "Yeah, I'm fine." I smiled, hoping he would buy it. "Don't lie to me. I know what your actual smile looks like. You did nothing but laugh when we were together in the hospital, so don't pretend to be happy. Tell me the truth. Are you okay?" He asked again.

I sighed in defeat. "No, not at all."

"Tell me about it." He pushed. "Not right now. Please? I'm trying to not think about it much." I told him truthfully. "Alright, then in that case it's time to force you to have fun. " He said simply, and I was baffled that he had already finished his sandwich.

He rolled away and I followed him. "JC!" He yelled. Jc came barreling down the stairs and looked at Connor. "What is it?" He asked quickly. "Your job, dear sir." Connor grinned, making Jc groan. I just tilted my head in confusion.

Jc walked over to Connor and picked him up bridal style and carried him up the stairs, Connor laughing like a mad man. "You're lucky I love you man." Jc huffed. I shook my head and started to follow them but was told to wait by Connor.

After Jc made it to the top of the stairs, he carried Connor into his room and it took a while for him to come back. After a while though, Jc was walking down the stairs again towards me. He just stood in front of me and smiled.

I knew what he was going to do.

"No!" I tried running past him, but was whisked off into the air and over his shoulder any way. I just put my hand under my chin and blew my bangs out of my face angrily. "Sorry, bosses orders." He joked, chuckling. I reached down and slapped his bum. "Ouch! Hey!" He laughed, rubbing his bottom. This time I laughed too.

He carried me into Connors room and sat me down on the bed next to him. "Did you really have to make him come pick me up?" I groaned. "Hey, if I have to be carried like a child, so do you. Besides, I'm sure it beats walking." He laughed. I just chuckled and shook my head at him.

Jc brought Connor's chair up and then he was gone.

"So a movie, or just chit chatting, or what." He asked me. I simply got up, and put in The Little Rascals, being all to familiar with his room. He laughed at my choice and I stared at him. "Hey! I freaking love this movie!" I said, causing him to throw his hands up in surrender.

I went back over to him, and we laid down and watched the movie together. I cuddled into the crook of his neck and I could see him smiling out of the corner of my eye.

I just let every bit of stress and worry fade away because in this moment, I am his and he is mine.
