I just can't take my eyes off you
Tell me anything you wanna do
I just can't take my eyes off you
Nothing I can do about it
Taesan wasn't one to lose control, especially not over something—or someone. Yet, as he leaned against the wall of the crowded party, his sharp gaze fixed on Leehan, he felt his usual restraint slipping away.
Leehan moved effortlessly through the room, his laughter like a spark in the otherwise monotonous noise of conversation. Taesan's eyes tracked him as though tethered by some invisible string.
"Just go talk to him" Sungho said like reading Taesan's mind.Taesan just casually smirked at what Sungho said his eyes never leaving Leehan.
"Why do you like him so much?"Sungho questioned again.
"Don't ask why," Taesan muttered under his breath, gripping his drink. "I could paint a picture of him in my mind, down to the last detail."
The night stretched on, the party growing livelier. Despite the crowd, Taesan never strayed far from Leehan's line of sight. He lingered in the background, a quiet storm, until Sungho nudged at him again.
"You've been staring for the last hour again now .You should just go up to him." Sungho teased, leaning against the wall beside him. "Do you ever plan on doing something about it?"
Taesan shot him a sideways glance. "Why would I? He's the one who should come to me."
"Sure," Sungho said, laughing. "Because you're so subtle."
Taesan smirked, but his attention quickly returned to Leehan, who was now dancing in the middle of the room. He moved with a carefree grace, his arms thrown up as the music pulsed through the air. Taesan swallowed hard.
Leehan could feel Taesan's eyes on him, even as he pretended to ignore it. It wasn't the first time Taesan's presence had weighed heavy in the room, but tonight, it felt different—more charged.
As the music shifted, Leehan caught a glimpse of Taesan, standing there with his sharp features illuminated by the dim lights. There was something about the way he watched, silent but commanding, that sent shivers down Leehan's spine.
Unable to resist, Leehan walked over, his confidence bolstered by the buzz of the party. "Are you going to keep staring all night, or do you have something to say?"
Taesan's lips curled into a slow, deliberate smile. "Maybe I just like the view."
Leehan's cheeks flushed. "You're impossible."
"And you're magnetic," Taesan countered, his voice dropping.
Time seemed to slow as they talked. The noise of the party faded into the background, leaving only the two of them in their own little world.
"Every little thing you do drives me wild," Taesan admitted after a moment of silence, his voice low and earnest.
Leehan's breath hitched. "You're too bold tonight."
"I can't help it." Taesan stepped closer, his hand brushing against Leehan's. "I can't take my eyes off you. There's nothing I can do about it."
The tension between them built as the night went on. Every glance, every fleeting touch, was electric. Taesan couldn't stop himself from getting closer, and Leehan didn't want to move away.
Eventually, they found themselves outside, the cool night air a stark contrast to the warmth between them. The streetlights cast a soft glow over Leehan's face as he looked up at Taesan.
"Why do you always look at me like that?" Leehan asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
"Because you're the only thing worth looking at," Taesan replied, his tone so sincere it made Leehan's heart skip a beat.
Taesan leaned in, his hand cradling Leehan's jaw as he closed the distance between them. The kiss was slow and deliberate, a culmination of all the unspoken tension between them.Their first kiss was unplanned but inevitable.
Leehan melted into it, his fingers clutching Taesan's shirt as if afraid he might lose his balance. When they finally broke apart, Taesan rested his forehead against Leehan's, his breath warm against his skin.
"You're everything," Taesan said softly, his voice thick with emotion. "No one has ever made me feel like this."
Leehan smiled, his confidence growing in the safety of Taesan's arms. "I guess I can say the same about you."
The following weeks were filled with stolen moments and quiet confessions. They kept their growing relationship a secret, savoring the intimacy of something just for them.
Leehan found himself drawn to Taesan's strength and intensity, while Taesan fell deeper for Leehan's quiet charm and hidden fire.
"Don't ask why," Taesan said one evening as they sat together under the stars. "But you've completely taken over my life."
Leehan laughed, leaning against him. "And you've completely taken over mine."
The story ends with them watching the sunrise together, their hands intertwined as they sit on the rooftop. For the first time, Taesan lets his guard down completely, and Leehan feels a warmth he's never known before.
"No touch or feeling," Taesan whispers, his voice filled with wonder, "has ever made me feel the way you do."
And in that moment, they both know they've found something extraordinary—something worth holding onto forever.
