Yerin clocked in her morning shift snd sat down on the chair infront of the counter. It felt kind of weird now that she would rarely see Haechan because of her change in shifts and his promotions but Haechan promised her that things would go back to normal and they'd see eachother again.
In the back of her mind, Yerin was thinking about Seulgi and her offer. She nearly forgot about it because it wasn't important to her but after thinking, she needed a hobby to make her life fun.
Yerin was never a live your life to the fullest type of girl, she always liked a nice and quiet life with her significant other and a cat that she could treat as a kid.
But after seeing so many people her age achieve such things whilst she's stuck behind a counter really disturbed her. She wanted explore new things and this offer given to her would give her that.
She was playing with the card Seulgi gave her in her hand, deciding on wether she should call her or just be safe and turn dow; the offer, and besides she doesn't even know if shes that good of a dancer anymore.
As she was deciding on what to do with the offer, she heard her phone ringing so she opened in to fin that it was Haechan calling her out of the blue.
She quickly fixed herself up, patting down her clothes before answering the ft to see his tired face taking up her whole entire screen.
"Why are you calling me at this time." She got a box of cookies and set the phone on it so she could do her work whilst simultaneously talking to him.
"I dont know, you were the first person on my mind." She froze at his sentence, butterflies filling up her stomach as she heard that she was the first person on my mind.
"How nice." She said quietly leaving the frame so she could massage the redness out of her face.
"Where did you go?" He asked, he looked as if he was lying on a sofa with his hand underneath his head and the other holding the phone.
"How's promotions going?" She started preparing her baked goods and some of her ingredients before the store opened.
"Its going pretty well like especially since Renjun came back." She was happy that Haechan got his member back and he was enjoying his job.
"How's your shifts going without me?" He sulked thinking about the fact they he wouldn't be able to go to her shifts since je had to go and promote the groups comeback.
"Its going so well, I have a new buddy that comes in and hangs around my shift aswell." She teased, wanting to get a reaction out of him which she succeeded at.
"So you're just cheating on me now? Wow."He pretended to act shock as he heard of her new buddy.
"Well you were away for so long and I needed some company." She said nonchalantly, trying to distract the feeling in her stomach by working.
"Speaking about company, I'm gonna have to go do some shooting right now, I'll call you after." His side of the line was filled by loud noises that sounded a lot like the dreamies.
"Have fun." She turned back around and waved at him, and was received by a flying kiss,before ending the call.

Haechan was sitting on the p chair getting his hair and makeup done by his stylist. He really missed Yerin and wanted to talk to her again but knowing that she does opening shifts now she was most likely busy.
He curiously clicked on Instagram and searched up her name, not caring about the stylist behind him. He scrolled down her page and saw pictures of some drawings, her and some scenery.
His fingers were grazing over the like button and he was about to press it before he was hit by reality and quickly retracted his fingers away from the screen.
Haechan's heart was beating so fast at the anxiety of him accidentally liking her photos so he put his phone down and leaned his head back.
"You might want to use your burner account." The stylist said from behind him, amused at how shocked he was when he was about to like a post.
"Yeah i forgot." He sighed just thinking about how much trouble and lectures he would get from both the company and his members if he actually did press it.
He slowly began to sleep in his seat as the soft music was playing in the changing room and the dim lights were increasing his tiredness.
