A blazing hot sun, reflecting off the bright yellow sand
Misty white specs of cloud dot the bright blue sky
All in contrast, to the rusted, decaying, metal creature amongst the perfect sand.
Occasional creaks puncture the perfect silence
A robot constructed for seemingly no purpose, continues its slow journey
Damaged beyond repair, it has no memory of why it is here.A fate worse than death, as it hears faint voices in its head
Voices it once joined in with
Voices that once made it feel almost human
Were now but a whisper of memory
If it could cry then it would, but lacked the ability
The creaking continued as rusted metal fell in flakes to the sand underneath him
