"Everyone, a ball is held for heroes in Celestial Hall," Aizawa-sensei announced, his grumpy tone muffled by the sleeping bag he was still nestled in. "Heroes from different schools and reporters will be there. Make sure you enjoy."

"Do we have to be there with a partner?" Kaminari asked, a hopeful grin spreading across his face.

"No, it's not necessary," Aizawa-sensei replied bluntly.

Kaminari's grin faded. "Aw man... There goes my excuse."

After Class

"Does everyone have a ball gown?" Momo asked, looking around at the group.

"I do, but it’s pretty old," Teacup said with a thoughtful frown.

"I don't own one, unfortunately," I added, shrugging.

"Nor do I," Kyoka chimed in.

"Let’s go shopping together, shall we?" Mina suggested, her eyes sparkling with excitement.

"Yes! Group shopping spree!" Hagakure cheered.

"Kero, that's a good idea," Tsuyu agreed with a small smile.

"Eh~," I responded lazily, already dreading the thought of an outing.

"You are coming, Aki-chan," Teacup said firmly, giving me a determined look.

"Can’t win against you." I sighed. "Fine."

The Next Day (Sunday)

3rd Person POV

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

"Aki-chan! Wake up! We have to go today! The other already left!!" Teacup whined, knocking repeatedly on Akira's door.

"No. You can pick a dress for me," Akira called back, her voice muffled from behind the door.

"Aki!!" Teacup sulked, leaning against the door in defeat.

"What happened?" Shoto's calm voice cut through the hallway as he approached.

"She won't get up, and the door is locked from the inside too," Teacup explained, exasperated.

"I see," Shoto replied, his eyes narrowing in thought. "I have an idea."

He turned and walked away, leaving Teacup confused.

Akira’s POV

I could hear Teacup’s relentless knocking, but I stayed wrapped in my blanket, too lazy to care. Then... silence.

Good. She probably gave up—

Click.

The soft sound of the window sliding open made my heart sink.

Why? Why the window?

"Akira, get up," Shoto’s voice called out from behind me, calm and commanding.

"No~," I groaned, burying myself deeper under the blanket.

I felt a tug.

"Get up."

"No!" I tightened my grip on the blanket, but Shoto was stronger—and far too determined. In one swift motion, he pulled it away.

"Ugh!" I glared up at him, my hair a mess, eyes still half-closed. He didn’t flinch, just stared down at me with an amused yet unreadable expression.

I was lounging in my oversized top and shorts, a lazy attempt at comfort. Unfortunately, the hem of the shirt had risen slightly, exposing a bit of my stomach, and one shoulder had slipped off.
