Caleb laughed, he was trying to find the punchline in the joke that Eze just told because it had to be a freaking joke. This was fucking joke.

Colton didn't blink, he just kept staring at Eze. Unlike Caleb, Colton didn't like the find what Eze just said funny, what did Eze mean by Goke Balogun was replacing Pedro? It was not going to happen, Colton was sure of it.

"I am going to call Pedro right now and tell him to stop this stupid shit! We have serious business, Eze, how can you be in on a prank knowing that we have an important show on Saturday?!"

"That is not a prank Caleb, Goke donated a bunch of money  last year, he was trying to launch his career but his father was preventing him."

"This has got to be a fucking joke Eze! Goke hates us, why would he want to join our freaking band?!" Caleb snapped.

"I don't know but he going to join us for tomorrow's practice, the label has released a press statement stating the change," Eze informed them.

They knew what the label was trying to do, to back them in a corner. They would not be able to refuse Goke because of the statement. This was a disaster! This was all a disaster! Why would Pedro do this to them?! Colton lost his mother last year and his sister and he didn't leave the country! It was painful to sit with the realization that maybe Pedro didn't care about them after all.

The next day Daniella waited again, after school. She texted him and he promised to show up but he didn't, she felt stupid for trusting him but she was freaking done! She wasn't doing it anymore.

Vivanne.
Have you gotten the ticket for the concert?!

She meant the concert that Colton's band was headlining on Saturday. She was so frustrated that she couldn't answer.

She switched off her phone and started walking out of the art studio. She knew it wasn't fair to Vivanne but she was mad at Colton, she didn't do anything to him so why was he disrespecting her like this?! Did he have something against her?! Maybe he hated her.

She was walking outside of the empty school's lobby when noticed her twin sister sitting there alone, she looked so vulnerable, a very rare sight. She walked toward her. School closed an hour ago so she expected that Denise would be long gone. She was supposed to be in therapy, why was sitting alone in school?

"Denise, what are you still doing here?" Denise looked up, she looked around. Shit! Why was Daniella still here?! Vivanne left a while ago, she thought Daniella left too.

"I... I hum..." Denise hated how she was cut up in the moment.

"Aren't you supposed to be in therapy or something?" Daniella questioned, sitting next to her. She didn't seem fazed that Denise was looking for a lie.

"Just taking a break today." that means she wasn't going, Daniella didn't know why Denise was avoiding going to therapy, but she decided not to ask, she had other things to worry or think about. It was Denise's life anyway.

"I hum... I wanted to thank you for what you did for Ashley on Monday, and what you have done for me. I know I was bitch to you and nothing can compensate for that but I am sorry..."

Daniella apologizing to Denise wasn't on her bingo for the year. Denise glanced at her before looking away. There were a lot of things are twin was meant to apologize for, so many words said, so many actions. An apology wouldn't just solve it. Denise suspected she was only apologizing because she was useful to her.

The driver approached where they were sitting, and Denise stood without replying to Daniella.

Goke was grinning when he walked into the studio. Caleb and Colton had been waiting for the past fifteen minutes. He followed the director and Eze, his new manager. He didn't care about Colton and Caleb thought about him, they had the fame he needed for his music and he was going to use them to the fullest.
