Thank you.
Abhi paced the room worried. The small conversation with his Bhabhi left him restless. He wanted to go out, but Ashok did not let him. Arnav ran to greet Ashok as soon as Aakanksha left. When he told the old man what happened he told him no clear terms that he should stay put.
"They are not taking my calls." Abhi put the phone away and looked at Ashok. "I cannot stay like this, Mr. Rajwanshi. I need to go."
"No you don't." Ashok's voice was calm, but firm. Arnav was sitting on his lap, he did not wish to spook the child.
"But...."
"Roohi is with Akshu, we have to trust her."
"What if there are too many of them..."
"Your Bhabhi can single handedly take down 50 men. Maan never won a sparring match against her, nor did Karan."
Abhi's eyes widened in surprise.
"And you have seen what Roohi is capable of. If the women didn't think they could handle it they would not have gone out alone. Neither one is foolish, Abhi. You need to trust them."
Abhi sighed and sat down beside the old man. Ashok gently wrapped around the boy and pulled him closer. "I know it's difficult, Abhi. If they do not come back in ten minutes, I will go myself, but I do not want to leave the two of you alone." There was no one in the mansion. Ash had gone out a few hours ago to meet a client. He could not risk leaving the kids with security alone. Especially after what he had learned. If someone was following them it meant trouble. Only one man had reason to seek them out and he could not leave the door open for the monster.
"Bhaiya aur Bhaiyu bhi call nahi utha rahe. (Bhaiya and Bhaiyu are not taking my call.)"
Ashok nodded his head. Off late both Andy and Arjun went missing at the same time. With Andy he could understand but Arjun's disappearance surprised him. No one knew about his whereabouts including Karan. Often when he came back home he was covered in bruises. He always blamed the bruises on shooting, but Ashok was well aware that Arjun was not involved in any shooting. He had canceled all his concerts for August. The sponsors were raising hell, but Arjun shrugged it off. Ashok knew something was wrong. If they were close he would have grilled the man until he spoke, but they were learning to rebuild their relationship. He did not wish to come off as imposing.
