Chapter 5: Evie and Josh

I think someone has hitbme on the head, im not positive.

When i awake theres a gash on my head, ouch i wince as i touch the open wound. The strange boy voice speaks.

Hey do you remember my name yet? Josh asks

Well i kind of got banged up on my head, can you give me some ice or something.

Yeah ill be right back, The strange boy walks ouy but leaves the door open.

I think about getting up and leaving but i rather not. Its been two hours sense the strange figure called Jole.

Here you go Evie, the strange figure speaks.

Thanks, Can you turn on a light or something its very dark.

Umm... sure the strange figure attempts to argue but realizes he better not. The strange boy claps two times waits ten seconds then claps again, right after the second clap the light turns on.

I wait a few seconds and think to myself, Wait thats the boy wo sits next to me in chemistry and behind me in math. His name is Josh.

Hey, your Josh right ? I ask

Thats me, I think your pretty Evie

Thanks Josh can i ask you something? i ask

Josh waits a minute or two to reply. What if she asks why shes here or where is she? umm sure i reply hesitating

He hesitated i say to my self, maybe he knows something, i get off track, Why have you never talked to me before? I ask

Well beacause i thought you wouldnt like me, he says
