As the Kakkar family left after giving their blessings to Amrit, the Sahani household was still heavy with tension. Moments later, Amrit entered the house. The entire family turned to look at her, relief washing over their faces. Her mother, Rachna, and father, Mahendra, rushed to her, their eyes filled with tears.

Rachna hugged her tightly, crying uncontrollably. "Beta, tu kahan chali gayi thi? Hum kitna pareshaan ho gaye the!"

Mahendra, with trembling hands, placed a hand on her head. "Humne kya galti ki, Amrit? Hume maaf kar de, beta..."

Amrit, feeling the weight of their emotions, immediately stopped them. She pulled back slightly, her own tears streaming down her face. "Aap log kyun maafi maang rahe ho? Aap mere maa-baap ho. Galti meri thi jo bina bataye chali gayi. Main bas thoda space chahiye tha, isliye bahar chali gayi thi."

Her words seemed to calm them slightly, but the guilt in their eyes remained. Anirudh and Parineet, who had been standing nearby, also came forward. Anirudh hugged his sister tightly. "Tu theek hai na, Amrit? Hum sab kitne pareshaan the."

Parineet, though visibly angry, couldn't hold back her emotions. "Main tumse bohot gussa thi, Amrit. Par tujhe dekhkar sab gussa khatam ho gaya." She hugged her, and Amrit let out a soft sob, feeling the love and worry of her family.

As Sampoorna and Trilochan approached, Sampoorna placed a comforting hand on Amrit's shoulder. "Humne toh Archit ke baare mein pehle hi samajh liya tha, Amrit. Tumne sab kuch pehle hi humein bata diya tha."

Trilochan nodded. "Tumne jo kiya, woh bilkul sahi tha. Jo rishta tumhare liye nahi tha, usse todna zaroori tha."

Before Sampoorna could say more, Mogar, standing in a corner with a disapproving expression, decided to interject. "Haan, sahi kiya! Par ab kya? Padosi kya kahenge? Log toh yeh kahenge ki Sahani khandan ki ladki ka roka hone se pehle hi toot gaya!"

The room fell silent as Mogar's words hung in the air. Everyone looked at Amrit, waiting to see how she would respond. Amrit wiped her tears and turned to face Mogar, her eyes sharp and her voice steady.

"Mogar bua, mujhe logon ki fikr nahi hai. Log hamesha bolenge, chahe aap sahi karo ya galat. Lekin mujhe apni izzat aur khushi ki fikr hai. Agar Archit jaise insaan ke saath mera rishta jod kar meri zindagi barbaad hoti, toh kya tab logon ka kehna theek hota?"

Mogar was taken aback but still tried to argue. "Par duniya toh yeh dekhti hai ki ek ladki ka rishta todna kitna bada paap hai!"

Amrit didn't waver. "Duniya ko dekhti rahungi toh apni zindagi kab jeeyungi, Mogar bua? Mera roka toot gaya kyunki Archit galat insaan tha. Aur agar aapko lagta hai ki isme meri galti hai, toh mujhe maaf kar dijiye. Lekin main apni khushi ke liye apne faisle par pachtawa nahi karungi."

Her firm words silenced Mogar. The rest of the family, including her parents, looked at Amrit with pride and admiration. Rachna wiped her tears and hugged her daughter again. "Beta, hum tumhare saath hain. Hamesha rahenge."
