WELL AFTER DAN HUMPHREY BETRAYED HIS BEST FRIEND, he decided to also write an article about him.
"nate archibald has the opposite of the midas touch. instead of everything he touches turns to gold, all the gold hes been given has turned into dust" nate quoted as he read dan's work. "dan's probably just jealous" cassie stated as she held allison in her arms.
"first dan screwed me by selling the serialization of his book from under me then he releases the chapter about me, hes saying that i'm destroying the spectator-" nate ranted as cassie shut the laptop and tossed it lightly. "enough of this, dan is full of himself" cassie sat on the edge of the bed.
"he isn't lying though, the spectator is in serious financial trouble and its all my fault, thats why i'm meeting with the bank today to hopefully extend our credit line" nate said as he ran a hand though his hair. "is there anything i can do to help?" she placed her hands on his shoulders. "i wish but not really" he sighed. "well i know what will cheer you up, take" she smiled as she handed allison over to him.
"i'm gonna go shower" she stated as she got up to head to the bathroom.
the blonde had just finished brushing her teeth when her phone blew up with calls. "ryan? hey" she picked up in a hurry. "cass, i just got a call, some doctors think they think they could remove the tumor, although its a risky surgery, can you meet me at the hospital" ryan said quickly, "i'll be there in 30" she said before hanging up.
cassie pretty much rushed into the hospital to find her brother already waiting in the entrance. "ryan?" cassie called out and he walked up to her. "cassie, hey" he said as she looked at him in concern. "ry? whats up?" she asked, "i i got a call that they could take out her tumor, but" ryan paused. "what, what?!" cassie repeated wanting him to speak.
"there is like a 90% chance she could, die. and shes doing it, and she wants to talk to us before she goes in" ryan said as cassie crossed her arms. "okay let's get this over with" she sighed as she walked past her twin brother.
the the twins walked in to see their mom waiting for them. "hi monica" cassie sat down on the chair next to the woman's bed as ryan sat opposite. "you could possibly live today" ryan sent a small smile. "probably not, and i don't deserve too" she said and the twins shared a look.
"but since i am probably dying, i would like to discuss my will with you both. i've been a terrible mom i know, and i know you both don't forgive me at all. but ryan since your studying law, i'm giving you my company, and my house in greece and one in mexico, and an additional $400 hundred million for your inheritance, and cassie for you, you get my penthouse and and my house in the hamptons and the other $400 hundred million, and both of you get the truth.." she finished and the twins shared confused looks.
"the truth?" cassie raised a brow. "i know you guys weren't supposed to talk to me about sydney, but you need to know why i put the pills in her drink" monica stated. "you mean killed her?" cassie coldly remarked. "yeah, she found out something i never wanted anyone to know" monica said, "what was it?" ryan asked. "a bit before i found out i was pregnant with you guys, i had an affair with bart bass, and he's your father" monica told the two, cassie just immediately stood up.
