I woke up to a knock at my door. So I walked downstairs to see who it was without waking Grace or Mamrie. When I answered, it was Ingrid. Before either of us could get a word out, I saw her fist hurtling towards me then hearing my nose crack. I don't recall what happened after that but I woke up and Grace was nowhere to be found. I went into the bedroom to try and find if any of her things where anywhere to be found. She left everything behind. Her phone, glasses, and she didn't even pack a bag. Did she leave for the day? Or did she get stolen? I got my clothes on and went to search for Grace. I checked her favorite coffee shop, the gym, and even her old apartment but I just couldn't find her. Then I remembered what had happened a few minutes before hand. I drove as fast as I possible could to Ingrid's apartment. Once I arrived, I saw that Ingrid's front door was wide open which was never open, so I decided to go investigate. As terrified as I was, the love of my life could be in there, so it was all just a moment of when and how was I going to get in without probably being murdered or kipnapped. I walked in as slowly as I could and crept across the old, wooden floor as I kept my ear out for listening. I was distracted by my phone vibrating against my leather jacket. Which in the quiet situation I was, seemed a lot louder than what it actually was. I noticed the metal bat that was laying on the ground next to the door frame so I picked it up and began to make my way up the stairs.
About five to ten steps up, I heard some unpleasant moaning noises so I began to walk faster. Everything got quiet as my chains from my jacket hit the bat. I panicked as I heard foot steps comes towards me and I decided to hit behind the door frame of the bathroom.
"I'll be right back baby." I heard Ingrid say in the master bedroom.
I felt my heart beating as she walked past the bathroom and down the steps. I peeked over the railing and made sure she was out of sight before I crawled into the bedroom. When I walked in, I noticed Grace was tied up in the bed with tears rolling down her face. I ran over to the bed and gently placed the metal bat on the ground beside the bed.
"It's alright babygirl, I'm here now." I pulled the covers off of her and stare at her clothes less body with bruises all over the place. I started to untie her until I heard the obnoxious foot steps of Ingrid so I grabbed the bat and hide under the bed.
"It's was just the dog." Said Ingrid as she creeped into the bed. "Now where were we?"
