Saanvi had never expected this to happen. Standing there, in front of Aahan, she could feel her heart racing as she finally admitted, "I love you ."

Aahan smiled, a light in his eyes she couldn't explain. Without saying another word, he gently lifted her by the waist and spun her around in a carefree circle. The world seemed to blur around them. With a soft, happy laugh, he whispered a song under his breath, "Battein ye teri jaise duayein, main inme shaamil hoheen gaya..." His voice carried the weight of emotions he could not express, but his actions spoke louder than words. He continued, "Dil mein tumahare thoda sa hissa, haan mujhko haasil ho heen gaya..."

His feelings for her were clear in that moment, a promise he had yet to say, but his heart couldn't hide it. "Ye dil bhi tumhara, tumhari tarah hai, jo khushiyan mujhe de raha," he added, his words sinking deep into her heart. Everything was perfect. In that moment, it felt like their hearts were finally in sync, a bond neither of them had ever imagined but now couldn't ignore.

But life, as it often does, had its own plans. Later that day, as they walked together, enjoying each other's company, everything seemed perfect. They had just finished shopping, laughing and teasing each other. Aahan smiled at her and said, "I'll be right back. Wait for me here."

Saanvi nodded, distracted by a phone call, as Aahan walked to a street vendor selling flowers. She was lost in her conversation, unaware of the danger approaching. When Aahan turned to join her, a speeding car appeared out of nowhere. Before she could even react, the car collided with Aahan. The world froze for Saanvi.

She turned to the sound of screeching tires and saw him lying on the road. Her heart dropped. As Saanvi watches Aahan get hit by the car, everything around her goes silent. The world seems to pause, her heart pounding loudly in her ears. Time feels like it's stretching, and for a moment, she can't breathe. Her body goes numb, her legs refusing to move as she watches him fall to the ground. The shock hits her like a wave, but it's not just fear, it's the overwhelming realization that the one person she never imagined losing might be slipping away from her forever.

Without a second thought, she ran to him, her hands trembling as she held his head in her lap, tears flooding her face. Her mind is clouded with panic, the fear of losing him consuming every thought. She can't speak, can't form a single word, as the love she feels for him mixes with an agony she's never known before. Her heart aches as if it's being pulled from her chest, and she keeps whispering his name, hoping that somehow he'll hear her. Desperate to wake him up. "Aahan, please... please wake up," she whispered, her voice cracking. Tears streamed down her face as she pressed her cheek to his. "Aahan tumne kaha tha mein tumahara intjaar karu tum turant aa jaoge, tab fir aisa kyu kar rahe uthh jao naa aahan please , pakka promise aab mein kabhi tumhe dard nahi duggi, please uthh jao naa aahu, mujhe fikra ho rahi hai aise MTT karo naa, chalo mere sath, mujhe yuun yaha aise akela chor doge aahu" But the fear of him not waking up fills her with terror, and the pain of seeing him like this is too much to bear.
