the dark room

So the last thing I remember was sleeping in my room but I am Not in it . Where am I and how did I get here .many I can find a flashlight in the cupboards or in the closet but no luck .what's that under the bed a flashlight cool now I can find my way out of this room.there is a door .I opened the door what!!! A hallway I am scared very scared but I guess I have to go through to find an exit. I here a lot of no is but I wish I stayed in that room .but I do need food so it was very hard to get to the exit but I kept trying but at that moment I herd a phone ring (ring ring ring ring)I finally found the phone and I picked it up and herd breathing .my hart was beating like a drum so I started to run. nothing ,nothing ,nothing I can't find the exit it is like I am going in circles. But I found a note that said (we need to stop Jeff he is to powerful but some one can stop him ) I know I can't stop him .I found a knife and an empty gun I might have a chance if I find ammunition for the gun .and killer him if I bump into him I hope I don't please somebody help me
