Chapter 9: Gifts

I turned around to see Jungkook. My instinct was to hug him, but I couldn't react properly. Soon a tear fell down my cheek, splattering on the sidewalk. Worriedly Jungkook pulled me into a tight grip and hugged me but as awkward as I am I stood there without responding to his hug.

He grabbed my hands and placed them and his back,as I lightly rested my head on his shoulder.

It's began to rain as the skies darkened and Jungkook covered my head with his jacket. I instantly closed the case protecting my new precious gift.

"Come!" He shouted pulling out his hand. "Where are we going?" I asked doubtlying taking his hand "Somewhere where we won't get wet! Obviously!"

He pulled me down as I followed him down the stairs, and ran through three different hallways and into a small couple shop that had two hearts as a store logo called 'Love...' Honestly who names a shop this? More importantly why would we go in here?
I was confused about going in but decided to enter after all because I was already getting too wet.

"Why exactly are we here?" I asked looking around the place.

"It was the only shop I could find..

"Really... only shop? We literally just went pass like 30 different shops on our way to this one..."

"Okay.. okay you caught me I want to buy something from here.. Is there something wrong?"

"No..I'm Just saying there's other stores.." I said readjusting the grip on my guitar

"Well I kinda need your help to pick something out.." he said awkardingly rubbing the back of his neck

"My help..?" I honestly didn't know why he want my help.. I knew nothing about what girls like these days.

"Yea.. Well cause you know this person as much as you know your self ... She's honestly the most beautiful girl.. but that's not important I just need something to get her and I'm sure if you pick something out she'll love it!"

"How are you so sure?" "I just am.. can you just help me!?!?!?"

"Okay okay.." I placed down my guitar and looked around the shop. There was everything some couple t-shirts and shoes to sunglasses and keychains.

But in the far end their was something that really caught my attention. Bracelets and rings.In a far corner I could see a beautiful charm bracelet musical notes and headphones along with a little microphone. Jungkook saw my amuse and walked over looking at it.

"You think I should get that?" "Uhh no it's just something I personally like it was just something I was looking at." I stuttered. But it was pretty it reminded me of when I went out with Jackson and all the good ti- Am I really thinking about that jerk?

I looked at all these different bracelets that were honestly so cheesy. Some that said 'Forever & Always' or 'I love you to the moon and back..'

Girls like things like this right? "How about this??" I pointed to couple bracelets next to each other.

"Couple Bracelets?" He raised his eyebrows looking at me confused as if something I said didn't make sense.

"No! That one!" I pointed to a necklace with a heart around an infinity sign.

He looked at it and smiled as he called over the shop owner.

I wandered around the shop looking at stuff I knew nobody would ever buy for me but I was okay with it.

I looked at the window as it has stopped raining but the sky was still dark. "Do you want to leave now?" He asked hiding the bag in his pocket.
