CHAPTER 19: SOMETHING OFF ABOUT LUKE

Judy's POV
" Are you ok, carrots?"
" Yeah, I'm fine.. I'm fine..damn."
" Don't worry, carrots. The others will come here and catch that weasel."
" But he's escaped, Nick! I think it was true, maybe I'm a loser cop bunny. I couldn't get him."
" Hey, carrots. Sometimes... things won't work like we expected but at least we try our best. I was proud of you, carrots. Unlike me, i could just block his way with a car but well, the ball missed the goal."
" Thanks, Nick." I was chuckled to hear his response.

I tried to drag my legs that were coated with thicker liquid cement while Nick held me. Suddenly, we saw a new mammal from our distance.

" Wait, is that..?"
" Quick, hide behind this!"

we were hiding behind the building, watching over an elderly female sheep. In front of her, it was a raccoon. That raccoon, it was from my dream! He gives her a missing wallet which belongs to her that Weaselton stole.

" Oh thank you, thank you, sir! I was grateful to you for returning my wallet from that bad weasel guy!"
" Hm, no problem. I just want to help."
" What animals are you? You must be a newbie mammal who came to this Zootopia!"
" I...urm... raccoon. A raccoon, madam.."
" A raccoon eh? You look so big and tall." The old lady sheep smiled and chuckled.
" Well urm... I'm a hybrid one here, I'm different from the others. Well..madam. i.. have to go now. See ya!"
" Wait, don't go! I want to give you something in return! Here, take this money."
" What? Madam, i know you want me to take this but I'm just willing to help. I'm not asking for a return gift."
" Please.... young raccoon. I begged you to take the reward for helping me. If you don't take it, you disappoint me."
" Fine... you asked for this, lady." The raccoon took the money that she gave him before he left. Nick and I looked at each other.
" Seriously, carrots. Is that Eli told us about that raccoon? You think it was him?"
" I think so, Nick but... what does he have to do with her? I saw that he was just helping the old lady sheep returning the stolen wallet."
" Carrots, i think that black panthers are gone crazy. What if she just accused anybody?"
" Nick, i don't think it's something to do with her but the alien."
" Well, do you think there is any point about him between that unknown thing?"
" ....... wait, where's Weaselton?

Suddenly, we heard the sound of people on the side of the road. We then rushed there to see what happened in front of us was very surprising. He got stuck with his clothes once in a tree branch above! It was a humiliated scene, they were laughing at him.

" Help, help, someone! Put me down!"
" Hahahaha look, that's Weaselton again." The otter pointed at him and teased.
" Haha i know right? before this, he did a shameful job and was arrested by the ZPD but now? the tree caught him!"
" Erghh can you guys shut up! Help and put me down quickly!!!"

All the crowds just snapped the picture of him and giggling. He was helpless getting stuck until the ZPD arrived before he got arrested.

" You are arrested now, weasel. Get in the car!"
" Hey, hey! You shouldn't treat me like that! I just got beat up by that raccoon guy!!"
" You deserve it. Get ready to see your image displayed on the news." The officer forces him to get in the car before leaving. Nick then asked me.
" You hear that, carrots? That raccoon just saved that old lady sheep! So... should we meet him, or find the alien?"
" .........."

We both then got into the car. As Nick drives on his way to Kyle's house, he decides to listen to the latest radio broadcast. Incidentally, the news of this dead wolf gave us chills. We are almost speechless to hear about...

" Oh my fur...."
" Who in the world would be psycho to do this disgusting thing?"
" I had no idea who did it, carrots but whatever it is, we must be careful if we don't want to end up like that poor wolf.."
