Chapter 1
I woke up with a pounding headache and glossy eyes.
Oh yes. Today was the day that I moved to Sais Boarding School. I have to go to a snobby posh boarding school, without knowing anybody.
Wonderful.
'Ah well,' I thought to myself 'might as well get on with finishing the packing.'
Half an hour later, I had finished packing my bags. To be exact, I was taking 23 tops, 10 pairs of trousers, 5 hats, 19 pairs of shoes, and other clothing necessities.
And also, to be exact, I was leaving at 9:34.
I glanced at my wall clock.
9:24.
Crap.
Quickly, I threw on an off-the-shoulder t-shirt, and a pair of skinny jeans.
I also applied some mascara, foundation and clear lip gloss, after brushing my teeth.
Finally I ran my straighteners over my hair.
And remembered to pack all of that into my bags too.
I took one last look around my room.
My family were quite rich; they were the founders of the party company: Party Rach.
So we had a pretty nice house.
And I know it sounds self-centred, but I should say mansion. Not house.
My room consisted of one black wall, the rest white. My bedding was a zebra pattern, also black and white, and it covered a huge king bed, which rested against my back wall, accessible from both sides, as it was placed in the middle. I had two wardrobes, both slashed cleaned of clothes, as was my chest of drawers. My En-Suite was to the right of my bedroom door. It was gorgeous. The tiled walls were also black and white, with a shower and bath built in one. It also had a black toilet and black marble sink.
Yes, as you may notice, I'm not a very girlie girl. I like to do it like a dude.
I sighed, and, before I began to shift my suitcases downstairs, I stashed my pocket knife in my jeans.
You never know what will happen.
Especially when Lailah Pierce is around.

At 9:33, my bags were stashed into the car, and it was time to leave.
I hugged my little sister goodbye. Her name was Cassie, and she was the cutest little two year-old you had ever seen.
Next was my twin brother, Chace, who was 16, like me. He was the one who stole the girls hearts. Heaven knows why. But I loved him, he was the best brother, always taking the over-protective role to the extreme.
"Bye you guys," I said to Chace and Cassie, "I'll miss you two, and I'll visit, but I'm pretty sure that I'll still be the way I am now when I come back."
Chace rolled his eyes at me, but it was something we did as a joke.
"See ya sis, have fun out there. Jeez, I wish I could go. But unlike you, I'm a good student." He smirked playfully, and I returned the favour by fake glaring back, but he knew I was joking.
"Bye Bye Wailah!" Cassie said. Aww! She was too cute!
"Bye Cassie! Remember what I taught you! Use it with your friends ok?" I was talking about the handshake that I taught her.
"Wes!" she replied.
I smiled at Chace, basically saying: 'I don't ever want her to grow up!'.
"Well, I gotta go now," I said, hearing my dad honking the car horn. And boy was it loud. "See y'all later! Take care!"
As I began to walk away, I heard Cassie begin to cry, and then being soothed by Chase.
That dampened my mood immediately, it broke my heart to keep walking away, but I knew that I wouldn't be able to leave if I didn't now.
I walked out of the door and closed it behind me.
