Chapter 22: Battle and Laughs

AN: I've started drawing again since I want to add pictures to show what the different Sans and Papyruses, and only the Sans and Papyruses if they even exist in the AUs, that I made last minute look like which led to me thinking 'why not add pictures to every single chapter in every single book?' so now all the chapters will be randomly updated with a picture.

Edit: My stylus tip broke and I don't have any replacements so I have to wait until they arrive
(╥﹏╥). I already have sketches of Feather and Plume, the Sans and Papyrus from Underwing, but my computer camera quality is horrible. So now I have to wait and somehow transfer my drawings onto my computer without a picture. I'll manage tho.

3rd POV:

"Boys..." The Crescent Dreams perked up. "What 1s 1t, N1ghtmar3?" "We're going to go and get Frost back." Silence. For about 5 seconds, before Killer started screaming. "You know where Frost is?" "...yes. None of you talk until I finish talking." They nodded; they had just progressed in getting Frost back, and they weren't willing to stop there. "Alright, so Potion came to me a while ago with some information from Blue and Flame, and we met up with Blue in Underswap at him and Stretch's house where he told me the whereabouts of the Stars' base. If they ask, I sensed Frost's emotions and told Error where it is. You will have some time to calm down and process the information, and you will take the time to calm down and process the information. Only the Bad Sanses are going, the rest of the Crescent Dreams will try and find the others and tell them about Frost and Flame. You're also due for a ritual since you need to be able to see Flame, so we're doing it tomorrow. Be here in the living room, or you will get some kind of nauseousness." The Crescent Dreams nodded. "Also, Error, come with me. I'm aware you and Frost are each other's anchors, and that you are currently panicking. A lot. You really need to calm down before we leave." And so, Error and Nightmare had a mini therapy session while the other Bad Sanses started mentally preparing themselves.

Meanwhile, in the trap AU, a few more Sanses and Papyruses came, since the Sanses and Swap Papyruses didn't find a way to turn off the machine; it was stuck on on. (Reminder, the Sanses in the trap AU are Classic, Red, Epic, Outer, Dance, Black, Berry, Forest, Axe, and Chess. The Sanses supporting/tolerating the Bad Sanses are Classic, Red, Epic, Outer, Black, Berry, and Forest. The ones who aren't are Dance, Axe, and Chess. |Forest: You do know that Horror's bitty is called Axe, right? Me: Yes, I know. Not many people know anyways, so that's fine. Frost: Isn't this a little too much who are on our side? Me: I'm adding more, chill.| The Papyruses in the trap AU are Creampuff, Tango, Tree, Gold, Mutt, Edge, and Galaxy. The Papyruses supporting/tolerating the Bad Sanses are Tree and Galaxy. {Yes, only two. The others who are aware of the multiverse believed Ink.} The Papyruses who aren't are Creampuff, Tango, Gold, Mutt, and Edge. Creampuff isn't aware of the multiverse, but he's told about Error and Nightmare's Gang by Edge first.)

The Sanses who came are Abyss(Abysstale!Sans), Tone(Undertone!Sans), Beats(Underbeats!Sans), Kin(Kin!Sans), Mecha(Mechatale!Sans), Poison(Poisontale!Sans), and Ganz(GZTale!Sans) along with his former-ghost-but-turned-corpreal brother, Melancholy. (All of them are either neutral or on Ink's side.) The Papyruses who came are Stretch(Underswap!Papyrus), Notes(Undertone!Papyrus), Groove(Underbeat!Papyrus), Toxic(Poisontale!Papyrus), and Gapyrus(GZTale!Papyrus). All newly arrived Sanses and their Papyruses are not on Nightmare's side, and Stretch is the only one on Nightmare's side. The others come down, they get nicknames and introductions, and get sorted into rooms. Now we skip discussing on how to turn off the the machine and go back to the fight. Which will last 2 days because plot armor.

Potion POV: I'm in the air, floating, which I found was one of my summon abilities. Also I have popcorn. The fight is will be very interesting. Just don't get caught, Potion. I won't. Btw, the consoling already passed, it's been 18 minutes, Blue is currently trying to restrain Frost, and the Bad Sanses are currently reviewing what they're going to do and portaling to the Star Shits' base.

"Frost, please stop, you're going to hurt yourself!" "*feral yet panicked growl*" "Blue's right, Frost! You'll see Error soon. Just please, try and calm down, hold on for a bit." "*growling but dying down* fine..." There was the familiar sound of Error's portal forming, and Nightmare's aura being released, making Frost calm down enough for Blue to let go. *BAM!* I floated over. The front door was kicked off its hinges by an enraged Error who was also clutching a pendant in his hands. Probably the fox pendant that was connected to Frost's. "Error!" "*in a very, very, very deadly and cold tone* 1nk..." I didn't know that Dream was so stupid that he believed that negativity shouldn't exist! "Nightmare, brother, please, stop this meaningless spread of negativity! Come back to me brother, and we can stop Error together and prevent him from destroying the multiverse, and everything will be peaceful!" Oh wait, since when was Color here? "Killer, come with us, we can help you get your emotions back from Nightmare, they won't have control over you anymore." It's getting harder and harder to hold my laughter in. Nevermind, I burst out laughing; Frost just bit Color. They noticed, so I quickly turned one of the water vials that I always carried on my in a belt into a sort-of-but-not-exactly-invisibility-potion and drank it, turning invisible.

"Nightmare, do you have another invisible brainwashed victim? I thought that poor shapeshifting Sans we saved saved the first one. Did you get another one already?" Wow. Ink is stupid. Like 2 times 2 equals 8 stupid. |Me: Fun Fact: Earlier in the school year, a sixth grade student I ended up helping tutor in math during flex said 4 x 4 = 8 and 8 x 8 = 16.| Just then, there was a crash and we turned to see fox Frost and Blue jump out of a broken window. The ones who could see Flame could see him clinging onto one of the ends of Blue's bandana. "Blue! Get Frost out of here, Nightmare and his gang are trying to capture Frost again!" Frost told Flame something and Flame relayed it to Blue, who tried(not really) to scoop Frost up by opening his arms wide like he was going in for a hug and half-heartedly chased a half-heartedly running away Frost, both dragging the chase longer since it distracted Ink and Dream would either be trying to get Ink to focus again or also distracted. Killer and Dust were trying hard not to laugh since every attempt Blue made to scoop Frost up was sabotaged by Blue himself by making the the scooping motion to exaggerated and therefore giving time for Frost to run away. The dam broke when Blue promptly collapsed after 5 hours of (surprisingly successful) distraction and declared in an extremely monotone voice.

"Oh crap. I am too tired an cannot keep running after Frost to prevent the almighty Nightmare from brainwashing them and let the even almighty-er Dream and even even almighty-er-er Ink have a chance to beat them up unsuccessfully because I am the person doing most of the things even though I am a mere mortal and require food, water, and sleep while the even almighty-er Dream and even even almighty-er-er Ink do not. I am extremely sorry, please forgive me, I will try harder next time, etcetera etcetera. I cannot think of any other phrases to convey 'sorry'. A phrase that conveys 'sorry' in a very convincing manner."

The Bad Sanses burst out laughing, surprising Dream and Ink who thought Nightmare couldn't feel positive emotions, Killer didn't have emotions, Error was a soulless destroyer and therefore couldn't feel emotions, Horror was a maniac cannibal, Dust killed his AU for fun, and Cross destroyed his AU for fun. They stood there dumbfounded as the Bad Sanses laughed for longer than needed. 'Why?' you may ask. Well dear readers, that was for Frost to jump on Dream and for Flame to kick Ink unconscious once again. Also, if you're wondering, Blue is not drained of energy in the slightest, he only collapsed for the (apparently made) plan to work.
